Review: Disappointing Service and Quality Control

I recently ordered name cards from this company and am deeply disappointed with their service and quality control. Due to a shipment delay, I received my cards later than expected. Upon returning from an overseas trip, I discovered that the cards were severely bent, likely due to inadequate packaging. The envelope lacked sufficient stuffing to protect the contents, resulting in significant damage.

When I reached out to the company, they refused to take responsibility, citing that the issue was reported more than 7 days after delivery. Despite the fact that the damage was clearly due to their poor packaging, they only offered to reprint the cards if I paid for delivery again. This is unacceptable, as the problem was entirely on their end.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and quality products. They failed to meet basic expectations and showed a lack of accountability when issues arose.

Fraudulent charges to my visa
June 14, 2023

I bought their NFC car, which was a total joke. They made so many mistakes, it took them forever to produce one that was almost correct. It never worked and then I started seeing a monthly charge to my account. After many emails they have not stopped charging me. No way to resolve this. VISA fraud is now handling this. DO NOT give them your credit card information!

Courier delivery a fantasy

Beware...

V1ce sells you on courier delivery of the product but then uses surface mail to deliver.
Promised delivery in 4 days - it's now 38 days and still nothing.
Terrible customer service to boot.

I mean this is just amazing. The product idea is amazing and the actual product is even more awesome. I got the plastic card which is I think the best most affordable option. Mine was laser printed on a black background and had a QR Code on the other side.
I mean I will be honest I was cheap about it and ordered via free shipping which takes 30 working days but product was and is amazing. I don't need to carry around business cards anymore at all:-)

I bought the 'ost expensive card the one made of gold. It look very good BUT:
- It works only half of the time
- it gets scratches very easily

You can call or write for support nobody ever answer. Waste of money.

I bought 2 cards on July 1,2021 and at the reception a month later, the cards issued were of poor quality, also including operating problems, Courtney of the company V1ce offered to redo them and again to reception: very poor print quality, malfunction and cards mixing user names

The 3rd series of cards has just been issued and the quality is the worst, the cards have the same name and sharing by tap only works with Iphone from the 11...

We placed two orders with V1CE, first order was a disaster, the order was delayed by a good week - we needed the cards for MWC and ordered delivery to Barcelona, well, that did not work out - having the cards re-delivered to our HQ then took anouther couple of weeks. Did not stop there, once cards received we found that QR codes did not match the cardholders profiles, and one card was completely corrupted. We were then promised replacement cards, which we have still not received. MWC took place end of Feb, we now have the beginning of June.

This company is a joke - ordered cards in January, received them in March, QR code on back of card does not correspond to the cardholder's contacts, and V1CE support is dragging matters along - cute adverts alone don't do it!

Dont bother!

Card not contactless as advertised.

Their service is really bad. And do not reply to emails after spending £400 on 4 cards.

Which have taken over 4 weeks to arrive. 1 still not arrived!

Very polite but useless customer service

I leave you my last message sent to their team, that explains everything (sorry for my bad english) on all their email they are very sorry but very useless:

"Yes, the qrcode I used is that of the demo card, before printing my business cards I sent 2 emails and I even specified that I wanted a clear explanation because I did not speak English well, I clearly specified if the qrcode was going to be the same once activated so that I could print my cards, and I was told yes, I can send you the email in copy.

I recapitulate, I pay for my card for a shipment to Belgium, I explain to you in advance that I am here only for 2 weeks and that I need to print standard cards with the qrcode that you propose... everything is ok i order. The first card is lost somewhere, so it delays the reception of the card, a new card is printed but your team does not correctly fill in the customs papers and includes the vat and the shipping costs in the price of the product, so customs obviously stops the package and asks to pay an additional tax of 27 euros calculated on the total price you reported.
Returning to my country I can no longer wait for customs to release my package and above all I do not want to pay again for nothing.

SO, I am understanding, I trust you to order a new card once back on my island, I even buy a year of v1ce pro... and you tell me that you cannot make a commercial gesture of your side and give me my unlimited scans?

You know what? It does not matter, I lost money printing cards guided by your bad advice and having confidence in you. Too bad that's life, I'm going to cancel my v1ce pro subscription and count on me to transmit my experience on the networks and other review sites."
