I recapitulate, I pay for my card for a shipment to Belgium, I explain to you in advance that I am here only for 2 weeks and that I need to print standard cards with the qrcode that you propose... everything is ok i order. The first card is lost somewhere, so it delays the reception of the card, a new card is printed but your team does not correctly fill in the customs papers and includes the vat and the shipping costs in the price of the product, so customs obviously stops the package and asks to pay an additional tax of 27 euros calculated on the total price you reported.
Returning to my country I can no longer wait for customs to release my package and above all I do not want to pay again for nothing.
SO, I am understanding, I trust you to order a new card once back on my island, I even buy a year of v1ce pro... and you tell me that you cannot make a commercial gesture of your side and give me my unlimited scans?
You know what? It does not matter, I lost money printing cards guided by your bad advice and having confidence in you. Too bad that's life, I'm going to cancel my v1ce pro subscription and count on me to transmit my experience on the networks and other review sites."
