The outfits I ordered were even more beautiful in person. Everything was packed beautifully and professionally delivered. The fabric, threadwork, embroidery and stitching were perfect. I've been shopping at Utsav for more than 10 years and everything is always amazing. I just wish that Utsav would bring back the thank you gift they used to include with each order. It was usually a selection of earrings or necklaces.
I am a valued customer and have purchased so many outfits through utsav and the first time I asked for a return request to be processed they are giving gay h a hard time. The cut and fit was not right for me and so I wanted a return. All tags in tact never worn. They keep asking for pictures and to show where it doesn't fit. Wow what nonsense. I am very disappointed with their treatment of a valued customer.

I have been an Utsav customer for 10+ years. The clothes are always the same or better than the picture. The packaging and delivery is always on time. Very professional people and beautiful garments on an affordable price.

Delivery happened within the timeline and was packaged well; I would have preferred a slightly richer material for the price; this looked like very synthetic.
It was shipped on time, stitched perfectly & fitted well. Dress looks almost same as the picture. Overall very happy with the purchase.
Had great customer service throughout the entire process. Just quite disappointed upon receiving the actual product. Colours and description do not match product listing. The workmanship can be improved as well. The blouse came with super high and small armhole which is not physically possible to fit an adult unless you have bones for arms or a kid.
The pre-stitched saree is a perfect fit for me. Love the colour and material. Excellent speedy service!
Wide selection of dresses.
Quality and fit are excellent. I am very petite and my lehenga date always too big even when I order them to size, but this is the first time it turned out literally perfect. I am super impressed with the quality and style for the price and this site has a MASSIVE variety. Will definitely shop again!

But, I was extremely disappointed with delay in shipment. The reason for this feedback is as follows. I had placed my order on dec 08 and received it only on dec 21. Upon checking the tracking number associated with my shipment, I found that it was stuck in France for 7 days!
Need such long delays to be eliminated in future shipments by utsav.

Good choices available for all shopping needs. Shipping & billing could have more clarity. Instead of stating "ships within" certain amount of days, could instead indicated estimated date of arrival at the customers address.

Good number of choices; But the dhoti started tearing a bit in first try itself. After putting it own for a family ceremony, when I tried to it down in order to perform the needful rituals, I saw that it started to tear. I think the stitching quality is not good enough

My shopping experience was excellent in everyway. I ordered and turban that did not fir me properly (size 22), these things happen, but they were able to get me a different turban (size 23) that fit perfectly. My guests thought I was a sultan or prince and that was an opportunity for me to educate them about turbans and your products. Most importantly, I received it before my event! I will be ordering more clothes from this site.

Size and on receiving them they were tight and would fit someone with ES size in further I will order Medium size and if I am experiencing this I am sure other customers must do so too. Please check the size chart and amend accordingly. Please keep my name anonymous. Thank you.
I liked the outfits displayed
The suit I ordered overall was ok, there was a promo for free shipping. However, upon delivery, I was notified that I had to pay tax and duty, which I expected. What I didn't expect, was the amount. It was double what I paid for another order, where I paid the shipping. So, really, when they say free shipping, it's not. You end up paying much more after delivery. That was disappointing and upsetting.
I ordered a neckpiece but it didn't match my saree. I asked for replacement but realised that the return window had closed. The customer care ppl obliged by allowing out of turn exchange. The new item was promptly delivered.

I ordered clothing and jewelry for my wife's birthday and she loved everything. I was impressed by the quality of the items. We live in New York and I was shocked how quickly the package that was well wrapped got to us from India. We will definitely order again!

Perfect simple red saree. It was exactly what I was looking for. I chose a different one previously that was out of stock and they sent me an email apologizing for that and sent me a link to similar items. I'm glad the other one was out of stock because I like this one more! Excellent customer service.

Utsav is very professional and polite in dealing with customers. When Utsav couldn't deliver the exact shade of yellow I had ordered, I received an email inquiring whether I'd accept a different shade! They even sent me a special note along with the replacement (that I had approved) to give me a coupon for later use.
Their service is beyond ordinary. I can't recommend them enough! Even around a festive time when a different online store managed to cancel my order at the last minute, Utsav always manages to deliver! I've recommended them to my foreign friends who loved my dress, and my sister is now a fan too.
I bought a rust orange graduent lehenga. It's absolutely beautiful and fits me perfectly. I'm 5'11" and it still comes down over my feet, so I'm able to wear heels!
I needed this outfit for my brother's wedding event and spoke to customer service to see if they could send it to me earlier. I received the item within 12 days of ordering, and the quality of the work is incredible! The photos do not do justice to the actual lehenga. I'm already looking for outfits for the next events 😌
