Everything was good and arrived on time. My only thing was that I wanted something ready to wear but didn't have my size.
I have mixed feelings. The sherwanis for my son and husband, great quality and fit. My suit not so much. Tried it on and it starter to fray at the shoulder seams so hoping my friend can fix that. Also in Canada despite the price listed you pay extra in duties and since they shipped the order in 3 separate packages, I had to pay an extra $200. Not sure I will do this again. The quality for the price was just okay.

Needed to get clothes for an Indian Wedding. Utsav had a gold variety of styles and colors available. The two outfits that came fit with only minor needs for alterations (I have short arms so usual have to get them shortened).
Happy with the two lehenga sets I ordered. Both are good quality, great prices and delivered fairly quickly.

I had a great experience and was happy with the product. I ordered bangles and men's suits and they were all good quality.
The items did not match the fit that we provided for anyone.
When searching on Utsav.com, sometimes when I filtered by my size *and* days it would take for the item to ship, the search results in my size were not always available within the number of days I selected. After finding the right items and placing an order, my clothes arrived on time. The fit in the chest and sleeves was a bit snug in two of the three tops I ordered.
Overall buying experience was great.
However, the picture and the product are not comparable. The saree I purchased looked great, description says georgette I received a net saree.
One of my saree came with badly stitched fall.
I am disappointed… sorry!

The Lehenga and Nehru jacket had a awful smell to them. I had to have them specially dry cleaned to get rid of the smell. There wasn't time to send it back and a get a new one as our wedding is on the 11th August.
I know I should have got in touch with the company to complain about the awful smell but had time restriction Hope you improve your service on sending out in this condition.
I would say that at times I am confused with the prices and special offers. I have an item in my basket which I feel reluctant to order.
I needed early shipping for my item for a family member's wedding. Reached out to customer support about it and they responded quickly. They said they'd still need 10 days for processing before shipping which would take a few more days, and yet the items arrived only 5 days after I ordered them. Two weeks ahead of time. I live in the U.S. so I was amazed at the speediness. Really happy with the help, quality, and timeliness.
My order was delivered in 2 packages, one via DHL and the other via FedEx. I received the DHL one without any issues but the FedEx one was delivered to someone who is not my immediate neighbour, and initially presumed lost as I was not given any address to go to. Kaushal was very helpful with tracking down the parcel and there was good communication via email. Despite this inconvenience, I'll probably do more purchases in the future.
