They were unprofessional. They delayed the delivery of the order twice saying the material did not meet the quality control standards. Quality control must have a process in place, which would explain what was defective and what they are doing about it. In summary my order was delayed for weeks before it was delivered very recently. As a result, Ustab has lost a repeat customer for good.
I ordered the saree and blouse for the second time and it came on time and the blouse was stitched as per the instructions and on time. They missed following the instructions last year when I ordered, but they have gotten better this time around.
We determined the size as per your instruction. But the item, MGV1454_34 is tight. The instruction says in addition to actual chest size, you add two inches. But the reality is the additional two inches stitched inside the lining. Hence we need to alter the dress now. We have three dresses lying unused from the past orders. Either you stick to your wordings in the site or instruct the tailor.
Purchase was easy and looked just like the pictures.
It is the second time I order from Utsav Fashion. I love all the designs (so hard to decide, I ended up getting to ensembles) and definitely the fit and the quality is amazing. I asked my order to be shipped by India Post because customs procedures are smoother using our local operator, Correos, and even if that meant it took a bit longer and during a time the package disappeared and it was a bit scary, customer service was helpful and communicative during all the time and finally everything ended up ok. I will definitely order again.

The outfit arrived quickly and fit just right. The only issue I experienced was that the color was not teal it was a dark blue. It was still very beautiful.

The material was not quite what I expected, and the fitted blouse does not fit at all. However it is nice enough, and I can just use another blouse I have. Delivery took quite a while, and not a lot of updates, so I wasnt sure if the order was canceled or not. It just showed up at my door. Overall, I would probably order again, but just make sure I leave plenty of time in case im not satisfied.
