Mostly I was satisfied with this purchase. One thing I don't understand why they made the regular blouse ordered as a custom made blouse, with tassels on the back and very low cut, I don"t wear that type of blouses. Now I cann't alter that.That was my favorite saree I ordered this time.
It was a great experience buying from Utsav. I got all clothes made to measurement and shipped promtply. The lehanga and salwar suits fit nicely but my blouse for lehanga is ill fitting. I will have to get it adjusted.
I ordered a ready to ship garment that specified the material, length and items included. After I ordered, I got a notification saying that I will be getting a different material dupatta and a different length of the Kurta. I had to do a lot of back and forth for them to eventually send me what was supposed to be sent. And it took 3 weeks. The outfit turned out really good though.
I ordered two sarees, my first order was fine. But in second order on border of saree, there was loose thread. I can't return because it's stiched. I hope on my next order I will get better quality. Thank you.

Very pleased with the entire shopping experience. They contacted me with an alternate when the color was no longer available and it arrived earlier than expected. Stitching was on point too!

The color did not match the advertised image. Because of this I was not able to wear it for the intended event.
Overall my experience with customer service was excellent. I always got support via chat whenever I needed it. I got my questions answered quickly. The dress I ordered is absolutely beautiful and the quality is fantastic. However, there are some matters to note - the website description never mentioned there would be cups sown into the dress. This makes sense because the dress is backless. However, the cups were WAY too high, above breast level, so I had to go to a tailor locally to get them removed. It would have been better to not have cups shown into the dress. Also, for getting the outfit stitched, the website mentioned only taking bust measurements. I recommend the buyer to take waist and shoulder measurements too. Although I took multiple measurements and compared them to the sizing chart, it showed I need a size small but I'm realizing that maybe a medium might have been better. I'm not totally 100% sure though because this dress requires a fitted look to avoid gapping in the back and for the dress to lay flush against the skin.
The customer service was very attentive and kind. I asked them if they could ship my order a few days earlier so I had it by the wedding date and they did! I appreciate it so much
