Drop off was super easy and we loved our bounce house. The only thing that we didn't love was how late our pickup was. But we still had an overall great experience!
Great service, on time delivery and pick up, and the fun stuff that made the party a hit! We've rented slides and dunk tanks and snow cone machines for years for our 4th party and we've been happy.

The slide was in good condition. The kids had a blast sliding all afternoon. They dropped it off prior to the party and picked it up afterwards. It was a fun day.

Overall it was a great experience. The hose was not attached correctly so we didn't get the full output but it was still good but would have liked it all.

Arrived early and setup/takedown were perfect. Inflatable was great. We had a great party. The only thing i didn't like was the driver waking me at 7 am, on a saturday

I was given the wrong slide. But to make up for it I was brought a cotton candy machine and a snow cone maker. The cotton candy machine didn't work though.
All the equipment we wanted is available and I had to change the date, and no problem. We used the slide last reunion and it was fun and everybody loved it!

The inflatable that was delivered was coated in dirt and dust. Sections of it were broken, deflated, and falling apart. They were over 2 hours early to set up and about 2 hours late to pick up.
They were very helpful when I called and asked recommendations for bounce houses. I called a few times and they were super helpful. Setup was well done and they were on time. It was a great event

Our event was scheduled from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. I was told to be at the location at 3:30 PM to meet to get the bounce houses set up. It wasn't until about 4:15 PM that they arrived and the generator was not working. They left and came back in about 30 min with a new generator, leaving the one that didn't work behind as well. The event ended at 8:00 PM, I did not hear from the drivers that they were running late until I called the office. After calling the office I was told they should be there soon. After waiting for about 15 min I called the driver and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. Shortly after I received a call from them letting me know that they would be another 30 minutes because they had to do a different pick up before. I was understanding, but now it was 9:05 and still no one there to pick up the bounce houses. I called the number on the contract - 80-386-5777 and spoke to someone on the line who seemed annoyed that I was calling and told me to leave the bounce houses and generators at the park. As you can imagine my stress about leaving expensive equipment in the middle of a park (close to closing hours). I understand that issues and delays occur but it was more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be. From kids waiting for the bounce houses to finally work to worrying if I was going to be held liable after being told to leave the equipment. I left a rather large tip for the drivers after paying a decent amount of money for renting the two bounce houses which I now feel was not worth the money. It's a shame that this was our experience.
