More information that I could get for free, but not as much as I would have liked... still worked for what I needed.

Good except the program kept wanting the client to purchase the premium report, a little like "bait and switch"...

I really was going thru different sites to find the value but was not sure as each of the site had different value with a differnce between price from ******* to *******. This site gave me the value as I expected.

It was hard to get around the up sale. So, because I would not do the sale-sale you would not let me see the report I just purchased.

You trapped me into a basic report for 1.25 when you stated it would give the full report. Shame on you

Basic report looks good, until you pay, then not much info... they then want you to "upgrade" for $20 per month... HA! Big screw job... save your $1.50!

Nice info though would have like to have seen property taxes update if house was current or in the rears.

Not good. I was looking for the tax records on this property but it didn't give me enough time to see the whole webpage. It went right to this page. I spent $1.25 and didn't get what I wanted.

Needed help getting the review back on line. I lost it. CSR-Emma came on live chat and got it to me in PDF form, Very quickly.

Great except I just wanted one report and I had to go through bull$#*! just to get to that. Now I had to do this,. If I didn't I would lose the report.;

The first house had most of the information, the 2nd that I researched didn't have tax info or comparables, kind of disappointed.

Found the listing on craigslist met him and payed the app fee, haven't been able to get a hold of him and my friend said it was a scam. But this proves he actually owns the property.

I am a lender and spend tons of time looking for value and names of owners. This is an easy access tool to quick and important information.

You guys have too many other hidden fees I don't want you taking anybody else out of my account that is all you are to take
