I do like the way I was able to find all that I needed to learn about this house.

Fast and efficient and it's worth the cost to get a more thorough search... I searched my own property and all the information is accurate!

Looked up one property (our home) and was surprised at the data available and as far as I could tell the data appeared to be accurate. Was able to find how to save the report as a pdf file and then printed the report from the file. Got what I was looking for and for methe whole process was satisfactory.

The search was fast and easy. Fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use it next time and also recommend it to friends

I was on your website to lookup so info on taxes that I needed. I was in shock when I saw the picture of what was to be my house. It was not my house at all. My address was correct but that was all. Please correct this info or take it down off website.

Although some details are inaccurate (I know this firsthand), and I've yet to see a date indicating how recent the data is, I'm basically pleased with the ease of navigation & results. I had a moment where I thought I'd been misled, but came to realize I was mistaken... I just needed to scroll down. The ultimate proof will be in whether, or not I'm allowed to print out this report.

I am just surveying this report for 1st time. It is mostly accurate as to the property features but setting that aside the rest of report is very accurate

Good place to get latest data on neighboring real estate sales. It would be handier if there were dates assigned to date of sale.
