They suck you into premium membership by saying "You may search estimated values, type of property, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, square footage, year built and more." You can't search by any of this information AT ALL. You have to know the exact address you want to look at before you can search anything. It seemed like once I registered that I could search for properties based on value, or square footage, etc. I couldn't. And then when I called there customer service number, they immediately offered me a 30% discount, but would not refund my complete premium purchase, which I bought due to their false advertising. They repeatedly said "we understand and would like to offer...", but they didn't understand, otherwise they would have refunded me. The first guy actually hung up on me. The second person wouldn't collect her manager, and she couldn't even answer if he/she was there or not. Watch out. They don't easily cancel your subscription, and they absolutely WILL NOT give you a full refund.

Saw a lot of bad reviews. The company charges a 19.99 fee on top of the 1.25 dollar search. I did not need that service. They refunded my 1999. I just asked nice.

I was impressed with the information. The house is not heated with oil, however. We installed a heat pump many years ago and it is currently the highest rated one we could purchase.
Very well please with the instructions on how to get the best way to what I was wondering about didn't like that I had to pay 1.25 for the information but it's all about a dollar...
Fast and accurate ifinally I have a name to go with address. Have you ever found a great house and spent hours knocking on doors trying to locate the owner. Well no more, thank you realty finders.

I am renting this property from an entirely different person. Then I find out that it is not owned by the person I am paying rent to, this has me very upset.
I was skeptical at first but the data was great and I got what I needed without hassle.
Highly suggest using this service and will use them again.
They suck and lie. Big scam. Don't use this product. They said 1.95 and it ended up being 20. They mislead the audience and are not truthful. Then to cancel, it takes more time than the 20.

Satisfied with the report but you took me to a page informing me that I had enrolled in a $19.95 Per Month service fee for continuing to use your service. I do NOT Want the service.

I thought the report was good. I am still not sure who owns the house. The owner listed is dead. If nobody has recorded who inherited the house then no records have changed.
