U.S Litigation Support Services

This company contacted my business to do work for them. The job was completed as asked on the same day and an invoice was sent to them, months later still no response and still no payment. If you try looking this company up on the New Jersey Secretary of State you will find they are not a registered business entity with the State of New Jersey. I would not recommend sending any work or taking any work from this company.

A brief email inquiry resulted in a series of insults after I received a quote that exceeds standards. It appears that this is a referral service that charges 2-3 times more in order to secure commissions, although perhaps Bill Null does some things himself - other than being rude to legal professionals who question his services and professionalism.

I sent a quitclaim deed to be recorded in October 2021. It is now June 2022, and it has not been recorded, my follow e-mails have not been responded to, I get a voicemail answering machine, and by all appearances, this guy took my money and did nothing in return. The payment went through immediately, and I have a Fed Ex receipt showing that the document was delivered. But nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds in exchange for the very high price I paid. Bottom line, this guy is just a plain and simple thief. No other way to look at it. I will now have to pay another company to do the recording.

Do not use this service. First, its fee is exorbetent. Other online and in person notary services are significantly less. In fact, a staff person at my brother's convalescent home notarized the documents for free. Second, we paid via credit card and received a block link for the service. We were referred to a tech help service that did not know anything about US Litigation Support Service and could not help us. The owner of the service was no help. He failed to send a new link when he promised. Finally, when we finally reached the service, he refused to refund the charge even though he failed to provide any service he promised under the contract. We had to file a fraud claim with Visa to cancel the charge. Do NOT use this service.

Paid them up front on April 15 and sent the papers - as requested no updates, no returns had to ask for the returns repeatedly - papers were served May 6th its May 29th and I have yet to receive the returns from the process server. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN EVER.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND REFUSES TO REFUND after nearly causing me to have a case dismissed due to neglecting to provide proof of mailings and postings before the deadline. The blame is put on the fact they have 7 days to provide information. If you say you can get a job done by a deadline, you need to be able to show proof by that deadline. Offered a credit. No Thank You. I need reliable process servers who will file with the court proof of certified mailings and posting on the door. Court was last week. I just now received proof of mailing, which was dated the day AFTER court. Never again.

I served some papers for this company in February 2023 and 59 days later, no payment, no response. I am going to send them to a collection agency and I lose out on my total fees.
