US HUD

I have been with the company a few months and I first did not have a good experience. The lead quality wasn't great and I barely had any leads coming in. I truly did not want to continue. Then I got a call from Alyssa. She reassured me I would have a better experience if I let her take over my account. Ever since then I have had better leads and I have two deals on the table. If you sign up ask for Alyssa she honestly wants to help and she gets the job done.

My experience with USHUD was phenomenal from the very start. I truly enjoyed the lead generation it brought me as a realtor. When I unfortunately came into some personal unforeseen circumstances, I was treated with the best service possible. Meleah Riddle and Kim Pruden went above and beyond to help accommodate me. Truly some of the best and sweetest people I have came into contact with at USHUD. Their customer service and strive to help their clients is like no other!

Did not think these were worth the money, didn't end up in any true leads, spoke to 2 people total not interested. They are quick to take funds but little to no communication otherwise.

I was ready to discontinue service for any outside leads as a real estate agent. I was using USHUD and other "lead companies", and was getting nowhere it seemed. Immediately a representative from USHUD, Meleah, called me very concerned and completely changed my mind. She had great solutions and discussed the importance of understanding the right fit for me with the company. She wasn't a "salesperson" - she actually cared about her company and her clients. Because of Meleah, I will recommend USHUD to all of my fellow real estate agents!

Leads went no where - complete waste of time.
Tried to cancel - finally cancelled two days after a payment was taken - no refund. People - almost $900 for 3 days of use - don't do it!

Knowing that they had my next months payment already pending against my bank account I sent this message, Please terminate my subscription with ALLHUD, in my opinion, none of the leads that I've received can be converted. Most people don't even understand why I'm reaching out to them if they respond at all, this is not different then any other lead generation website, IT JUST COSTS LESS. So in accordance with their really awesome membership agreement they cancelled my subscription that was paid up for the next 30 days. I guess it really doesn't matter all their leads were doing was wasting my time attempting to make contact with people who don't want to be contacted. My experience with all forms of lead generation where somebody creates a web site to skim information from unknowing people is all the same, "noise" you might get 1 out of 150-200 leads. I truly expected them to take my money all considering, yet again its the old adage is proved, "you get what you pay for".

Overpriced third-party leads! This company completely lies about the number of leads, lead sources, and auto-renews your contract without notice or permission.

I signed up for one month of leads. Of the 13 I received so far (the month is not over yet), 6 I would consider "Good" in that they are actually looking for an agent to help buy a home or rent to own. 6 are "Poor" in that these people are not even looking for an agent, at all. 3 of the poor already have an agent and the 3 explicitly said they don't want to talk to an agent. 1 I have not yet made contact with.

It gets a 4 star rating, though, because 50% "Good" leads far exceed any other lead service. Not only that, but I've reached 12 of 13 leads and I haven't counted the others out yet. You may need to call 7 or 8 times - sometimes I didn't reach someone until I had called, texted or emailed them at least 5 times. Some I didn't reach for 12,13 days.

I canceled the service because I want to pivot my strategy and $299/month is steep for 6 decent internet leads and would be better spent generating my own through other means. Still, very good service for anyone with a team because you can definitely reach these people. They were all real.

They acquire leads by using bogus squeeze pages which they share with multiple agents. Over $2500 invested, all bad and sometimes aggravated leads. Terrible investment, Agent beware
