* was very persistent in calling me daily about signing up with USHUD what a mistake I've made and feel I've wasted $249. I tried calling him several times and he will not return my calls! I was promised at least 20 leads per month and he assured me I will be closing my first deal before my next monthly payment well I've been with them for 2 weeks now and only received 1 lead that I had to beg for and was sent it only after calling and emailing him several times. I spoke to * and he said they are were off to a slow start and I should be getting leads soon and there is still time to get some leads before my next payment. I've since canceled my subscription with USHUD and will advise anyone wanting to use them to not waste their time of money. I also tried to get reimbursed and * said they don't offer money back to unhappy customers. Again if you are thinking about using USHUD for a lead base do not waste your hard earned money!

As a professional in this industry for close to two decades. Hands down the best company in advertising and lead generation business I know of and the only one that I would recommend is USHUD. The mortgage business is not for everyone but from calling my share of leads I feel better calling USHUD leads. I know they have not been beaten up by a bunch of different loan officers all fighting over the same lead.

So sorry to have been taken in by this company. What they promise and what they deliver are miles apart and their customer care service is appalling! (Yes I'm speaking of you *). Never have I been treated so badly. The leads are scarce and the ones that I did receive weren't legit or qualified. I am an experienced realtor and know how to respond and work leads so it wasn't that I didn't properly follow up etc. Save your money and your dignity. Should have done my research. Learn from my mistakes. Check out the number of complaints filed by the Better Business Bureau. That says it all.

Don't waste your money with these guys. All the bad reviews are true. They misrepresented everything. I was told the leads were scrubbed and prequalified. I wouldn't know because I have yet to get a live body from the leads. I have called them regarding the quality of leads and was told they would make some adjustments on my leads-still getting the sam bad leads.

If anyone you know mentions these guys make sure you warn them to!

I was promised that I would be the only agent for my county. * told me I would be the only agent in my county and I should expect leads to start coming in on the first day. I first said no and she gave me a discount and said I could try it for a month. $295 later and two weeks with zero leads. I look up the website and two other agents are there but not me. I sent several emails asking what is going on and no response. Let my screw up be your lesson. DO NOT DO THIS!

I've been working with Ushud and gettimg marketing support and leads for a couple of years now. The client support people are responsive and much better than any other online serviced I've used.
I started receiving leads within 24 hours of signing up. I have to follow up with the leads to close the deals which I have done many many times.

I'm fairly new to this referral program for real estate agents and one of the most pleasant interactions I've had thus far has been with the customer service account manager, Meleah Riddle and Katelyn Gallo.
Both of these ladies have heard all of my complaints and concerns and not only listened AND answered, but I know my voice is heard because of little things like the detailed email follow up after our phone conversation. That means a lot to me! Both Meleah & Katelyn were very helpful in giving me feedback and immediate availability when I had questions. This is the first time I've seen a Real Estate lead referral program that actually is invested in MY SUCCESS! So many referral companies collect your money and make a lot of promises but definitely don't deliver. I am encouraged at the end of each phone call and I really enjoyed enthusiastic, upbeat nature Meleah displays. I hope ours will be a long and successful working relationship! This company literally lies to get your money. They do not supply qualified leads. Don't do it! They lied when they said the leads would be at market average. The median home prices in King County, Washington is $726,275 and yet all of the "leads" they sent to me were $200,000 or under. Of the "leads" I was able to make contact with, several said they had never requested contact by any real estate company, and the others said they had no cash for a down payment, let alone earnest money. None had been pre-qualified by a lender. When I contacted HUDex.com and related my complaints they said they would suspend. One month later I am still getting "referrals" for $200,000 or under, and my credit just showed another monthly payment to them. I have contacted my credit card company to block them and I have sent an email to USHUD Cooperative Member Services and called their 1-800 number and have yet to get a reply. DON'T DO THIS, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I joined ushud a few months ago to grow my real estate business. At first, the leads were dead ends and after speaking with Meleah Riddle was able to look into the issue and get a positive outcome. Unfortunately, after that I hit an unexpected hardship and needed to end my membership early Meleah was very helpful and able to get my account canceled early. If you're looking to grow your business and get in front of a ton of perspective clients I highly recommend UShUD.

Do. Not do business with this company. They use descriptive practices to get your money. The leads are not good. These people are are scamming agents out of money with bad leads and deceptive trade practices.
