I read some mixed reviews and I have to admit I was skeptical. But I went ahead and joined. I have worked with at least 10 different lead generation companies all of which cost a lot more than Ushud and none were as good. That was years ago now and I plan to be a member for years to come.

My contact is Kevin Walp and he explained everything to me in detail before I joined and I can't think of him enough for reaching out to me! In less than 30 days of being with USHUD I have 1 home under contract and 2-3 clients that will be purchasing in the next 2-4 months. I have been flooded with serious buyers. I would recommend joining the team if you have the opportunity!

US Hud sends quality leads regularly. If you are looking for leads to call, you will get them from US Hud. You are visible to people searching for homes and listing homes. I've even had other agents reach out to me directly after seeing my profile with US Hud.

I needed some assistance with my account and had the pleasure of working with Maleah! She was very friendly, efficient and eager to help. There was an error in the financing department and she immediately returned my call and fixed the problem. Her customer service is 10 stars!

I called, prepared to cancel my account due to financial reasons and Meleah was so kind and helpful in making changes that will hopefully add to my success and yet ease some of the financial burden. She is now my go-to person!

I signed up for 3 months, not 1 lead they gave me was even real, and then when my 3 months was up I tried to stop and they charged me anyway, after begging them not to charge me, they still did because they are crooks in my opinion. I would not use this company.

I called customer service very concerned about my account, Meleah took the time to not only answer all of my questions, but she also listened to my concerns about some of the leads I had received and took action immediately. Thank you so much for the reassurance and going the extra mile.

They baited me while re entering the workplace, These bottum feeders baited me and then upsold a few days later which required a 3 month commitment ( fine print). Their business practices protect only money they take from you, they do not refund for any reason and make it as if they cant. I would be afraid to do legitimate business as I see legal issues in their future and I dont know if they will be in business.

The leads you get from this company work within the company. When you call back the leads, either they don't know they were on the sight or they already have an agent they are working with. The membership assistant crew is very rude and robs you immediately of 90 days of payment. Don't waste your time or money with this rude, worthless company.

I have been working with the company for years and have found it to be beneficial to my business. I get plenty of leads and have closed several deals working with UsHud. I recommend the service - it is cheaper than most lead sources and the leads are better.

I sent an email earlier this morning. Mike immediately sent a response and later, Maleah called me. She was very nice and willing to do what was necessary to resolve the matter. Very friendly, professional, and made sure I knew she available when I need her. She asked for me to check in no later than the end of the week so she could make sure I was satisfied.
