In these 14 years as a realtor is hard to find a person who is willing to listen and understand my frustration in these industry. I was skeptical when I signed up for these leads as I don't normally work with online leads but the price was cheap and I could cancel at anytime. Within my first month I was able to get a live person who was interested in purchase a home with FHA. The loan closed two weeks ago and I have spoken to others wanting to get pre-approved. You have to be diligent and call as soon as the lead comes in. The success rate in reaching a live person is low but as is any business it is a numbers game. USHUD has met my expectations of what they said they would deliver.

The staff here is so amazing. They definitely stay on you to make sure that you know everything that you needed to be successful with this tool! This is my first time working with a company who generates and sends me leads; most realtors are skeptical and I was too. I have received more leads than I could have imagined and look forward to growing my business in this unstable market while other realtors leave the business. Customer service has been very helpful and they have given me all the time I need to answer my questions and walk me through the process. I hope your experience is as positive as mine!
So far everything was easy to set up. I received 2 referrals. The first referral will not answer the phone. The second referral said she was just looking and trying to decide where she want to live. Everyone at USHUD has been nice and helpful.
I would of given zero starts but couldn't. I should of googled reviews for this company before signing up, do not waste your time and money. Leads are complete garbage. In a couple days of receiving them I found out how bad they are, no one answers, bad numbers, I go on and on.
I've gotten at least 100 calls from this organization at this point. No matter how many times I kindly ask them to remove me from their call list, I get another call in a few days. This organization should be shut down.
Justin has been proactive in assisting me with real estate leads. He is professional, prompt in responding, and an overall kind person. His knowledge in the real estate markets is deep and I can tell he has vast experience in providing exceptional customer service and assistance. Truly genuine person!

Signing up with this group was a breeze. I got set up with Katelyn yesterday and already reviewed my first lead today. Today i had another rep Jennifer reach out to check in on my setup. Neat that it also comes with a personalized website as well. Fingers crossed on this investment!
After spending a good amount on lead generation I have finally found one that works and does what it says, I really have enjoyed this service so far, only 1 month into it but I have paid for my fee with 4 real deals.

I really appreciate the commitment you have to your members. I've been with USHUD Cooperative for about 2 months now. In the first month I received 6 leads, of which I connected with 3 of them on the phone. I have a closing with one of those leads this week! I am so impressed with the quality of the leads and the information provided with each one. After the first 6 leads came in, there was about a 30 day lull when I received no leads. I called member services and told them about the situation. Justin returned my call that day with a plan to update the system. Since then, the leads have been coming in consistently. Justin and his team are great to work with and are very responsive. They listen and come up with a plan quickly. It feels good to know that I'm working with a team that cares.
I received fantastic, first-class customer care from Meleah. Not only was she true to her word in every correspondence, but she went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate my experience with her.
Great experience I had with the representative. She give details above the information I need and also buttressed the fact that Theresa has informed me about. Theresa and other representatives feedback are awesome.
They will make you a lot of promises then avoid trying to fulfill them. This was the 2nd time I tried their service and I cannot believe I fell for their sales line twice. This time they assured me that they had made changes in the way the leads were captured so that the phone numbers/emails have been authenticated. NOT TRUE. After failing to provide what they promised, they kept extending out the contract time but a longer period of time does not make the service better. From January to May there were 28 leads sent but NOT ONE was viable. Save your money.
This company is a complete sham, there is no way possible any of the good reviews are legitimate. They will have you sign a contract, pre-charge your account, will grossly under deliver and when you complain they say we never committed to sending you leads just to giving your presence online and they will refuse to let you out of the contract. They never return phone calls and, literally the incident, you sign with the company they don't want to hear from you anymore
Each one of my interactions in the onboarding process was a very pleasant experience. I've really appreciated the timely follow up and everyone's willingness to make this an excellent opportunity to grow my business.
