Meleah was extremely helpful and polite assisting me through my concerns and needs. Timing was not good for me as I just had a major surgery and in recovery mood. She took that into consideration with her communication and understanding I would be slow at responding.
I sent an email earlier this morning. Mike immediately sent a response and later, Maleah called me. She was very nice and willing to do what was necessary to resolve the matter. Very friendly, professional, and made sure I knew she available when I need her. She asked for me to check in no later than the end of the week so she could make sure I was satisfied.

Meleah was very helpful/responsive and seems like she really wants to help me succeed which would then be a win-win situation. She was vibrant with her energy and provided me with the resources that I've been lacking since I've started working with US HUD.
I discussed where to find information, the public sees on Hud homes. Service person gave me information and said she would send a link to what I was looking for. Also, she said she would be sending information on scripts to use when talking to the people who call in. All my questions were answered.

Received more leads than I first expected. Sure, mot every lead turns to a transaction, but it only takes a couple to support the cost of the program. Many of them require work and a bit of follow up, as long as you are consistent, you'll get some closings.
Barry helped me with the onboarding process. I am very happy with the service. Received my first lead within 24 hours. Jennifer called the following day to make sure I understood everything.
