I was VERY skeptical at first with all the hacking that goes on. Darwin reassured me that it was safe and I would be taken care of. They wanted payment up front, I would not do that, I just was not sure I was not going to get taking advantage of. So, they performed the necessary steps to get me up and running again and then I was able to pay afterwards. Mary also was very professional and patient going through the steps to reset passwords and such. I highly recommend this company.

As I was extremely confused with the product download method, thank goodness for the 2 gentlemen who explained everything to me as they worked to get rid of all the malware and viruses that I had in my computer, whixh was a staggering amount. Thank you.

I contacted Kaspersky for a support request, and they had US Global Tech contact me. At which point I was immediately offered an annual service subscription for up to three computers for $249.99, just to get rid of malware and whatever damage has already been caused on my computer. I didn't feel 100% comfortable with Kisha's call. I am skeptical when anybody asks for my computer's password, and other personal info. So she could've been more professional and sensitive with how she answered my concerns. She didn't do much to assure me. I took the risk and did it anyway. But more training in that area would be great. A lot more training.
I was very sanctified with the tech she was very profession and courteous. Mary was the tech working in the computer.
It appears to be a well done job. I don't know ho to evalutate what was done, but my system appears to be working much more appropriatly!
It was great help, even when I don't no much of computer the technician was a big help. And also my English is not so good, so I appreciated very much the great help.
The support was wonderful although the price was a bit scary. I live on VA disability and took quite a hit financially but I had to get my computer fixed. I run a nonprofit veterans program and need this computer for the business.
