USGlobalTech technicians were excellent in resolving my problems. They were very patient with my lack of knowledge of computers and printers and very quick in correcting the issues and getting back to me.
X X X X X. FIVE STARS for tech Rod whom was instrumental in increasing my knowledge of my computer, how it works, then how to apply the different features to reclaim storage space. His expertise with cleanup was compently applied to increase the CPU speed. He also was able to find another drive on my hard drive, which are running concurrently, which he then utilized; thus freeing up more space. My CPU speed is noticeably faster. My next step: call our local puter tech & ask about the exercise involved to go from a mechanical drive to SSD drive. It will probably be more expensive than purchasing a new laptop, but hey I am very familiar & attached to my ASUS, especially because this is one of the first line of computers that ASUS made available to the public. There you have it: I am a very happy camper, thanks to this US Global technician. Side note: Rod was amazed with my existing tech knowledge, especially with my age of 78 (Nov 14).

I would suggest that the instructions could be clearer and easier to understand in regard to setting up the connection to the printer and for scanning.
