Computer works well after cleaning.

Not very HAPPY! Two many different people working on my P/C, 18th til the 23rd,,WOW & I Had tolost all my data becouse someone put my p/c in airplanemode!

I love my Epson printer even more now that I have your phone number to call and help me which you did!

Jason was super good and patient. I am hard of hearing and use a special phone that prints the words. It is slow and he was wonderfully patient.

I was very pleased with the way that you were quick to call me every day to check and see if it was still working and when it wasn't spent as much time with me to try to get it to work again. I am so appreciative of all you did. It was found after a few tries and days that it was a hardware problem with the printer but everything was done that could be done.

There were many issues with my PC. I purchased the one time $99 to have it manually cleaned. The process went smoothly and the staff was very patient, kind and understanding. Here's hoping it does all it promised

Technicians were very patient and kind. However, we were told McAfee was installed yesterday and then got an email/call today that it was not installed on two of the three computers. That was completed today, however. Technician also went through settings with us to show us what we needed to clean up and we paid for clean-up service for a year. I want to thank the technicians for their patience.
