Melanie and the other technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my computer problems. They were flexible to work around my schedule and always followed up. I give them all a 10+ in customer service.

I was extremely concerned to allow anyone to go into my computer as well as spend a couple hundred dollars for a year's support for up to 3 devices.
For others who have the same concerns/issues, here is the answer to my concerns.
Tech to customer: did you buy your HP printer brand new with the box being sealed?
Yes. Bought it at Costco.
Tech: so, there is no way anyone could have opened the box, correct?
Yes, correct.
Tech: so, you went on line to the link provided by HP with an 800 # to call, correct?
Yes.
So, HP is trusting USGLOBALTECH, as a 3rd party, to fix, repair, and solved any technical questions on any of your devices, Correct?
True. And, after taking a small risk, I am 100% satisfied and trust USGLOBALTECH to solve any issues on up to 3 devices within our household. Love the service and thank you for helping me.
PS All people I talked to were extremely patient and extraordinarily helpful. I have NO hesitation to recommend them to anyone and only wish I signed up with them several years ago. Thank you.
Was having trouble connecting my new HP printer. After calling the tech support they were able to determin that my home computer had been corrupted. They were able to repair it for me.
