Microsoft confuses me by linking passwords for all microsoft accounts. Since I do not know which accounts are microsoft accounts and which accounts are other accounts, changing a password for one account changes the password for other accounts and I do not know it. US Global tech helped me sort that out.
Pop up issues seem to be gone. We hope great results will continue!

Mr. Dan Robert was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.In addition to solving my problem, he explained functions of my computer and printer that I did not know and I was grateful to gain that knowledge.
Brian and Jan were just wonderful to work with and took their time to explain what was happening with my computers and how they were going to get them back into great running condition and virus free. Great Job!
