Melanie is always very patient, professional and helpful She has solved every problem I called in.

The service technician, Princess who assisted me was very helpful and guided me through the whole process with ease. She was able to explain details clearly and even gave me a courtesy call after the fix to see how things are going. I am pleased for her action and appreciate everything she has done. New to me

I paid $99.95 for a one=time fix. It worked beautyifully. I am 84 and not good at technology. With patience they helped me through and my problems were solved. I then joined for another $79.95 for a full year's coverage which gives me peace of mind to know there is a place to go for any help I need on my laptopl Lilly was wonderful.

My experience was excellent. Tasks were completed on great time. I will contact you on June 16,2017 to extend my subscription.
