John was very helpful and resolved the issue within time and called me again after 2 days if there is any problem.But I am very much satisfied and in future if there will be any problem, I would like to get service from him.

US Global Tech was contacted by norton to assist with removing another antivirus software; they ended up having to clean my computer of ad/malware. Service done remotely and at lightening speed. My computer now runs like the speed of light!

My browser was Hijacked today and things kept getting worse and worse until I didn't recognize anything on my computer anymore. I contacted US Global Tech and they were able to fit it very fast and they were very thorough. I am pleased with the result.

Call HP they then connected me to US Global. They were very responsive. Kisha was very helpful and followed up after the call making sure everything was ok.
