I paid to get followers with useviral. My account was debited but I didn't see anything. None of those contacts they provided is working. Please don't fall for this guys. I learnt the hard way.

I paid for a service of watch hours to specific videos and its still processing. Almost a month, they won't refund my money or give me what i adking for. Horrible experience, stay far away from them

I contacted them and bought 2,500 followers. All the followers are BOTS even if they claim they are not. After a while, those 2500 fake souls start disappearing from my followers count. STAY AWAY FROM USEVIRAL. It's REAL

I have detailed accounts of fraud on their end which is being submitted. Theu send a bogus email stating that order is being processed but once the have your money thats when the headache begins.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. I feel like all the 5 stars were bots. I bought followers but never got them. I sent emails and there was no responds. And they took my money too like?!

All followers are fake as hell. They have same photos, names (just number different). These followers do not even have organic engangament itself. SO I TRULY do not recommend it.

You will purchase but never see the delivery. They will take your money and send an email confirmation. Nothing will ever show up and the customer service will say it was fulfilled.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam nothing more than common day thieves like PayPal! I would have given -stars if possible! Do not use this service this is a warning to all! They steal your money then feed you rubbish excuses DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I purchased 1000 FB website views, and heard nothing back for 3 days. The order status showed as "New" but nothing else. After three emails and then threatening to raise a chargeback, I received emails from the company under the name: Robert Jr. They informed me:
"Hi there,
Thanks for your message.
Unfortunately this service option is not working, sorry. We are in the process of removing it from our site.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I have cancelled and voided the payment. This can take up to 10 days to show that the payment is no longer a transaction on your card. Rest assured it is on it's way.
As yet, I have not received the refund, and I am concerned that I will not.
I wrote back to them:
"I appreciate your email stating the service you advertise is no longer available, however, as you are an online business, this really should not be the case.
I would also say that there are laws against this, specifically with the ACCC in Australia, that you are falsely advertising products or services that you cannot supply, and as such, you are taking money under false pretences.
I will be reporting this to the ACCC, so they can investigate and form their own opinion on this, and they can decide if they wish to take appropriate action. "
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Beware and do not use this company.
I make my order with them 2 weeks no response absolutely fake and not working. They're 24/7 support is not working no answer from them in any way don't lose your money and time with them
Do not trust this company to deliver what they say they can. They create fake looking profiles to like your posts. Such a disappointing wate of money.
I bought 500 followers package. Within a month 100 followers were lost. They are scammers. They want you to spend money on them every month or else you will be scammed
