Horrible service
January 3, 2023

They never answer any phone calls and use a unreasonable and stupid robot to answer questions that doesn't understand anything. As a citizen I filed an application one whole year and a half ago for my parents who are by the way getting older by the day to come visit me and my daughter but not only am I not allowed to fill an inquire because supposedly my case is perfectly normal even though according to them these cases take 11.5 months max but they have zero service to assist or help in any way. This isn't even the first time this has happened as they took ten weeks to send my passport when it was supposed to arrive within 8 weeks or less. The worse customer service in the whole world even services in third world countries care better for their people than the USCIS

I recently contacted USCIS online to get a e-copy of my Approval notice which was not received by mail a year ago. They responded a month later saying that I need to call their customer service number instead. I call the number and the automated bot just keeps asking me to send request online. I ask her to connect to an agent and she disconnects saying she cannot connect. This is the worst service ever. Either respond online or on phone. Who just disconnects without solving the query?

Awful
March 4, 2022

I'm so disappointed in my country's immigration system. As someone who has a speech impediment disability... this is the worst place to recieve help from. I get hung up on all the time I try to call due to a question I have. It seems as if the customer service doesn't care about you. The quicker you speak the faster they can hang up the phone and if you're like me, they'll hang up despite you warning them about your disability. I am outright disgusted by their lack of kindness and consideration. Bullies are hired here.

Even a 3rd world crap govt would give 100 times better service than these buffoons. They charge you so much but they never deliver on time and sometimes claim to respond by a certain time but months pass and nothing happens. The case just closes and they move on. I know this because I was able to reopen a case which should have still been open. Wow. Gross.

Worst website
August 14, 2023

USCIS website never works properly. It's so frustrating. Who designed this piece of garbage? They want me to change my password every 30 days, but half the time they don't let you. And forget about talking to anyone. All you get is a stupid robot who spews the same garbage you can read on the awful website.

First day, the site went down. Second day, the chat just stopped working after I'd waited to get to the front of the chat line. Very poor way to treat immigrants, refugees, and also US citizens involved in the process.

"I was waiting for an hour to talk with them trough the phone, when the costumer service (Nadia) answered my phone call. After that, she cancel my phone call without no reason. Hell! I do not know what is going on there". It is shameful for USCIS!

USCIS is the worst ever. I have called. Wrote to email to for yrs. They have my full name posted online. I been u. S citizen since 1970s yet uscis has violated my privacy and someone tried to use my name for fraud. I felt helpless. And i can not reach or talk to anyone at uscis. I have tried emailing. Even chatting with that useless emma. Wrote letters to remove my name off the USCIS page. Every time i Google my name it still shows on uscis. I am so angry. So unhappy with USCIS. If they were co. They would been bankrupt by now based on their extremely poor service. Even 1 star is too much. I wish i can put zero start.

STAMP FOR SPOUSE
June 24, 2022

PLEASE CREATE a STAMP so spouses of permanent residents and US citizens can live and work in the USA while this long process is taking place. It is a sin what immigration is doing, forcing couples to stay away for so long and extending the distance caused by the pandemic. We should not have to waste our time in life because of this. Many of us could be having our families, children and progressing in life right now. I am sure the Lord will make every government and officer that is making laws to destroy the union of families to pay for the suffering of thousands of families on the big and great judgment day.

Racist - Ignorant
May 26, 2021

What a bunch of racist filth.
Apparently dying parents aren't good enough reason to travel, and it was my fault.

How many paedophiles and kid traffickers has Centennial, while its loony triangle hat wearing KKK have gone after minorities.

It's been over one year since turning in the application. Contacted them over a dozen times asking about my case. No one could ever help me. They would say sorry there's nothing that I can do about that but if you get a lock box you can email them and they will help you. Did that three times that was absolutely worthless I mean worthless they would reply with a completely generic email that was of no help. Called over 10 times half of the time they say sorry nothing we could do and just leave it at that. Some would say we'll have someone call you in 72 hours as an emergency case. Only one time I got a phone call and that did not help. All the other times I get an email saying we tried calling you but you didn't answer so now you have to start at the beginning go back and request another call or email which will take three to 30 days. It's been over a year USCIS is a joke. I have lost my job I have no driver's license I have no status they will not help me. This is all due to not having a card or a paper saying my case is under review. I can't do anything with a card that is expired for a year. No driver's license DMV will not give me a driver's license without having immigration status. I came to the United States I built a life the USCIS has destroyed it.

You are wasting your time trying to get a RESPONSE, STATUS or UPDATE from the jerks that run it. The USCIS website It is setup to keep you moving in circles. It will tell you 80 % of the forms get processed in 90 days. Then when you login later to check, that 90 day process time CHANGES to 180 days. Then when you login to check after 180 days, that time is changed to 9 months. THE BAD THING IS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE STATUS IS OR WHEN YOU WILL GET THE FORM PROCESSED. No one is available to talk to and the 800 number is a recording that will take you in circles also. The DHS security needs to fire the jerks responsible for processing and updating status information.

If i could give negative numbers the USCIS phone line would get -10. There is NO way to get to a live person. A recorded message comes and on and asks what you need. You state what you need and if it isn't a basic question it asks for more info then comes back stating try the website because it can't find what you are asking for. If it is a basic question it also says to go to the website because the website has that info. If you ask for a live person more than two or three times it hangs up on you and THE MESSAGE ACTUALLY SAYS "if you keep asking for a live attendant i will have to end the call"... WHAT? Seriously? It is ridiculously apparent they DON'T want to and WON"T get you to a live person. This is THE THE THE worst phone system i have ever been on and it's the US Government? What a total and complete embarrassment to the US and US taxes are paying for this complete waste of money phone line.

If you want to be treated as a garbage by extremely ignorant agents and bots alike go ahead! You will waste your precious time and a lot of money! Most likely you will never see your immediate family! The total immigration process for bringing my husband and stepson to the USA started in 2020 and it was the worst experience of our lives! I am a law abiding citizen and I can say that they ruined our lives and our health. Both of us ended up with life threatening diseases and surgeties from stress and worries and from missing each other! Of course, the Immigration didn't care about that at all. Our horrendous and humiliating journey deserves to be shown in a movie! Everyone must see that the so called "American dream" is only a nightmare! If you have a little bit of dignity, stay away and RUN as fast as you can to save your life! If I could I would give them a minus 1000 score. While the illegals are enjoying 5* hotels in NYC and free meals, we worked 7 days/ week to afford fees, lawyer's payments, taxes to IRS and overseas trips to meet each other! Disgusting, deplorable, awful and plain demonic. The officers do not actually have any time to read your documents and even if they do, they are cluless bullies. What's worst, they will NEVER considerate helping you. I am here crying for help, but NEVER ever someone would care about my life and wellbeing. That's what's this country has become. NOBODY would be able to help you. What i have done wrong? Falling in love with a foreigner who wanted to come here legally instead of crossing the Mexican border! That's our fault! SHAME!

For only $555 you can get a copy of your Naturalization Certificate. Yes, that certificate is one page of information which you had some forty years ago which got lost over the decades, but you didn't realize that you would need it to renew your Drivers LIcense. So what is the problem? The problem is that you need to deal with USCIS to get a copy. You, of course, go online to apply for a copy and after supplying mountains of information and photos, try to submit but learn that you are in an infinite loop. Yes, are asked to review the data which you do, but you are endlessly sent back to review it. OK, there must be missing information, but you do not get a hint of what the missing information is. So just ask Emma, the online helper. Needless to say, Emma is less than useful for this problem, so you get a real person online to help. The online live helper simply requests that you go online and review information that you have certainly tried unsuccessfully to use. The live helper suggests that you mail in the information. What a wonderful suggestion, just mail in mountains of data and photos so that you can learn that the information is incomplete, perhaps months later, with no indication of what is missing. In conclusion, there is no way to pay the $555 and get a N-565 copy unless I can surmise, without any help from USICS, what information is missing and proceed to enter it. My best guess is that the information on the original certificate is needed. So how do I provide the information on a document which I no longer have?

This is a prime example of complete and utter ineptitude, not to mention the mis-use of red tape in an incongruous and discordant fashion. I've been waiting for a biometrics appointment for nearly 8 months now, and there's been no movement. Meanwhile other people who applied long after I did have been approved. I have no flags that I know of and have been given the 'each case is different; even before covid it could take years for bio script' which is an abject lie. Since covid19 shutdown, the agency deliberately blocked biometric scheduling, failing to open application support centers until August and then in the 3-4 month since then, has failed to move on N-400 applicants. I can confirm I've been awaiting a slot at my local ASC since early March. I can safely say that this is a bureaucratic nightmare, one which knows no parallel in my experience.
