Your process was very efficient and provided the application for my document and instructions for submittal but then stated that the time to actually receive the document would be 9 weeks. I could not wait that long so I went directly to the County office, appeared in person and obtained the document immediately with much less paperwork. I should have contacted them first. Not your fault. I just picked the wrong approach. You won't post this review!
