No communication. Bike not in stock but told would be and shipped by Christmas. 10 days before Christmas I finally get in touch with them after multiple calls and emails only to be told Jan delivery. People there are lying POS.
I bought a bike a year ago when I received it so part on plastic was damage. I sent 3 to 4 emails the first email they told me they was moving into a new building second email they confirmed my damage part after that never heard from them again. P. S the second day my son road it it tore up and it been down ever since

I ordered from here 3 weeks ago, received my bike in about a week after placing it on their website. I chose this website because I did my research online, and despite many bad reviews, every pocket bike company didn't have steller reviews. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase, my son loves it. Good company!
Great company to purchase from. They saved me money from the other companies online, I received the product in 4 days, and it was packaged to make sure nothing happened in transit. I was very happy, and will purchase from them again. Thank you USA Pocket BIkes!
This company is the biggest scam ever. The customer service is a joke. They will rip you off and you will not get your money back. This website blows, just like the person who created it. If you think this is a great place to buy discount pocket bikes, you are wrong and stupid.
I bought a 2 stroke pocket bike last December from this company and broke down last March.The mechanic told me my bike is not a 2 stroke that i ordered but a 4 stroke one.The engine does not require oil mixing compared to a 2 stroke engine that cause it to broke down. I called the company but refused to change the wrong product they have sent to me, nor refund me. They are stating they don't have the 2 stroke anymore yet they never notified me so I can cancel my order, instead sent me a 4 stroke engine without telling me.
I have ordered from them before hastle free but it seems that this time around they are not responfing to any of my enails or my calls, i live on the east coast and it says they open 1 o clock pm eastern standard time, i called and called again and no answers.
Purchased 3 little mini bikes from them, these things are so neat! Took about a week to get them, but my grandchildren were beyond happy! Thanks again!
