You look for a cheap flight, find this company and they have you book the flight. When you get the email you are told it is in "pending" status. You have given your credit card information and they tell you it is non refundable but pending means you don't actually have a flight. You get a reference number but no booking confirmation number. Very misleading information! Do not use!

The site advertises unrealistic deals and then you input your contact information only for them to contact you and state that the ticket is not available and they can book you a different ticket at a regular price. Basically they take your information to fish you as a client. Don't be fooled and don't waste your time and opportunity to book the tickets at reliable places as time is money and tickets go up in price daily.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS THREATENED, CALLED A LIAR, INTERRUPTED, AND DID NOT RECEIVE RETURN PHONE CALLS. KEPT CALLING AND NO ONE COULD HELP BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HANDLE THE CARE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. AND BOTTOM LINE, I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND NOR A RESOLUTION.

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME, ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
THEY SHOW UNBELIEVABLE FLIGH DEALS TO ONLY FIND OUT THAT AN AGENT WILL CALL YOU BACK AND CONFIRM THAT THE DEAL IS NOLONGER AVAILABLE. ITS BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP DISAPPOINTED.

Compras un vuelo precio muy bajo supuestamente pero en realidad solo compras un numero de ticket de ellos no de vuelo despues te dicen los vuelos que ellos tienen disponible no te dan opciones y compras al triple del precio que tu comprastes es una mentira comprar en jetcost cheap fligth no te de vuelven el dinero que tu pagastes con jetcost con tu tarjeta credito o debito no te lo recomiendo busca otras opciones compra directo con las companias de vuelo te dan mejores opciones cero estrella para jetcost
