Cheap, good quality, fast delivery (deffinitely improved from last year) and I needed to contact customer service which I expected no answer whatsoever, but hey, they responded like within a day and they were very easy to deal with.

Love shopping at PatPat. Quality of the clothes are so original and as a recent new Dad, I love the creative options they have. Highly recommend them!

I'd like to comment on Karen P in customer service on solving the problem I had when my items j had ordered express for a baby shower did not arrive in time and had to find other alternatives. She worked with me and when they finally arrived told me to keep the items and gave me a voucher for further items on them. I fell in love with the items and their quality so I decided to accept their kind offer.

I had a voucher to redeem against and order that I had completely forgotten about and that has expired. I reached out to their customer service team and they instantly agreed to have it extended for another couple of months so that I could use it. It would have otherwise been $40 down the drain so I was very happy and thankful that they reinstated it so quickly and easily.

In late October I ordered over $130. In merchandise from Pat Pat and have yet to receive this order. Their site shows it delivered on November 29 however it was not delivered to me. I contacted the company and they stated I had to. Contact the transport company which I did. Transport company stated Pat Pat must file. A claim so once again I contacted Pat Pat
On or near the 15th of December I was informed they were escalating to higher up. I have heard nothing from them since this contact but have sent emails to them that have gone unresponsive to.
I am not at all happy with this. In addition to this situation I ordered items from their clearance. They do advertise clearance is a final sale however this policy should not apply to defective merchandise or merchandise that isn't as described or sized differently than their size chart represents. I received poor quality (seconds at best)items. One item was a black jacket with yellow zipper which should zip straight up the center but clearly is off center at an angle. A couple others were made much smaller than the sizing provided by PatPat. Pat Pat initially stated "final sale" until I suggested that final sale is for as advertised or described AND that we are protected by the FTC and Consumer Protection Agency. My items were not refunded or replaced but they offered a credit off a new order. The credit is only acceptable should I reorder and am waiting on resolution of the order charged $130. But not received before any further purchases are considered. I will not let this slide. The seem to be concerned about reviews here and in past offered a discount for posting a review. I will always post truthful expierences.

It's my third time ordering from PatPat and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Their clothes are always super cute and very affordable. I've used a lot of their outfits for my daughters photo shoots and we always get compliments of her and her outfits!

I'm so glad we found PatPat. From the time my girl was a newborn to her now being 1 I've never found such amazing clothes for such awesome prices. I've never once had an issue, not even a little issue! We always get compliments, always send people to buy from here and we always always love every single thing we purchase.

Patpat has one of the best online collections for kids apparel.
And at the same time customer service is reachable very easily, recently I had an encounter with one of the member MARY she was very fast and polite in giving answers. I would recommend this site definitely.

I can't say how much I am in LOVE with this store! Boutique clothing at a fraction of the cost! Fantastic quality and AMAZING deals! I've downloaded the app and shop just about everyday building my cart to buy every 2-3 weeks a girl can never have enough outfits right?

I have had positive experiences with this company, and have had nice clothes sent. The sizes are sometimes way bigger than expected but it still works out for me because I don't purchase for direct wear all the time.

I love patpat. I ordered from them 4-5 times and it's always good quality, fast shipping and not expensive! I accidently ordered the same item twice, I contacted then and they answered me within 24h with a solution and refunded me. I'm very happy with them!
