Thank you to everyone who posted their reviews. I am expecting a call from them at 2 pm and thankfully i found this site. Something just felt fishy the way they called me the instant I closed out of their site with my application half-finished. I have been through the process i was looking for before and this just didn't feel right. So thank you to everyone for saving me over $700 in "application" and "processing fees"
This site is a scam. They appear to be an official government site. They never tell you what the charges are and will debit your account without permission. They will not refund your money. Everything they do can be done for free at USCIS. I am out $189.99.
I am usually careful when it comes to what sites I put my information on. This site looked so official that I even paid the 199.99$ they charged. I only realized after that the forms were all free and I could have just printed it out. These people have been in business for 13 years and I don't get why they have not been shut down yet. It is a shame. I am really hoping my personal information is not sold to a third party.
This site should be taken off of Google search engine results! It came up as one of the first five results after I searched "US Immigration Seattle". Almost made me give very personal information. But then I checked the site's address and realized it was a. Com instead of a. Gov. That made me suspicious and I did a google search about the site "us-immigration.com is it real" and this website Site Jabber came up. I'm glad I checked, but so many people obvious were tricked by this site. Terrible! Shame.
The service has worked very well for our family. Our case is clear. My wife does qualify. We just needed help filling out and providing all documentation correctly. This site provided that step by step guidance. We renewed my wife's Permanent Resident Card successfully and received the card. Now doing Citizenship and waiting for Test Date and Time. Biometrics completed. For us it avoided having to pay for an attorney to file the applications.
Surprisingly the immigration system under Biden administration has been good and the process too much easier and swift Thanks to the authorities. Kindly keep it up.
Well, I fell for this too. However, I called and was able to get through after about a 5 minute hold time and they refunded me the money back in full with no questions asked when I informed them that I thought I was on an official government website. I am concerned about the information that they now have, but nothing I can do now. I will keep an eye on my credit report and bank accounts. Feel dumb but at least got my money back easily.
They certainly work very hard to look like an official government web site. Maybe there is some disclaimer somewhere but then you have to be looking for it. I thought I was paying a required $159 fee to the US government. Instead I was paying some private company an exorbitant amount of money to fill in some forms that can be filled for free directly on the correct government web site. I'll be calling my bank to dispute the charges.
I used their website by accident, thought it was the government website. I called them right away after filling Form I-90 for my mom and realized they charged me $170. Their service DOES NOT provide anything but a form which we always can get from government website for free. They refused to cancel my payment and told me their service is non-refundable. It's totally a SCAM. We need to spread a word about this company so no body gets to pay them for nothing.
The trouble is they take your money upfront before you know you've been robbed and then there is only a long wait for a phone person to actually answer and maybe give you a discount because you made the mistake of clicking on their site before getting any real application
Despite me telling them verbally and in writing that I do not wish to use their services, they charged my account for $149.00. They are of course, not returning phone calls, are not responding to emails, other than with mass email. They appear to be a government website but are NOT. BEWARE.
Same as most of the people here, was looking to print out some forms, google linked me to the website, though it was a government entity. Took my 180 and then told my I could not get refunded as I used their services. Also told me that their lawyers are well versed when it comes to refunds so good luck to me!
Do not start an account with them! I signed up for an account with them thinking they might be good, but soon they will call you citing so many reasons to pay $199 to activate the account. I paid seeing they have a refund policy if you cancel within 90 days as per their terms and conditions. I tried to cancel after 2 months, since I decided not to use the service I paid for, they give terrible excuses for not refunding. They says they will refund only if the customer is deceased. The guy I talked to didn't even know their terms and conditions until I told him, he was busy looking for pathetic excuses. They are frauds. I am never again going to trust a private company.
I put down my info and the next page landed me on a credit card payment page, thought it was fishy so I decided not to do it. Next thing you know, these guys call me 30 minutes later trying to get me to sign up and pay that 179$ fee. I was in the middle of giving him my card info until i decided to google their reviews and you guys saved me. Told that guy to piss off. Thanks
This company does exactly what they advertise. Fill out the paper work and of course charge for it) Learned after I had finished filling out. Luckily I didn't submit so I was only duped the filing fee. Not the whole renewal fee for the green card replacement. Let me tell you I am one of those people that hate those that take advantage of others by filing these documents at local offices when we all know they are free from the homeland security website. However my experience was with www.usimmigration.us which like most of you was the first name that popped on the search. I will try and get my money back. Please people be careful. If it happened to me a 40 year woman who kinda knows her way around a computer, heaven knows what they can do to others. God Bless.
Same issue here! Thought is was a gov. Web site, paid the fee thinking it was a portion of the renewal fees. Boy was I wrong. I am so mad at myself! When I called them, they said that they could only refund me half of the cost because i had already printed the copies out! Those same forms, which you can also fill out online are free on the government immigration website. On top of that I didn't feel as they could answer some of my questions clearly. I called the government. Custumer service today and got all the answers I needed. If you are reading this before paying them, count yourself lucky! They are scum bags.
My wife got trapped thinking it was a Gov. Web site. I stopped her before she finished the form. They asked for the credit card up front and the card had already been charged. Their phone has a false Que. You wait ten minutes and the line is dropped.
They do not respond to e-mails. My only chance is with the bank. I can't believe they have been doing this for so long and are still getting away with it. Any positive review had to come from the scamers.
This website is a scam! When I typed "renew green card" it came out first, even before USCIS.gov. I did not think much, and paid 2x$159 for two green card renew, and have to re-apply on USCIS.gov which charged $450 for each.
I learned that if you are suppose to renew "green card" or "driver license", stay away from website with. Com, should be. Gov.
This website is illegal, how to stop these rats to continue cheating?
SCAM! They look official, but ARE NOT! I paid the $299 for processing of green card application. Apparently it was merely for the documents, which I could have printed off off a. Gov site. I googled US Immigration and this site came up first. I am so dissapointed to have to carry the additional cost for an already costly process. Now I'm scared they have ALL my personal information... very uncomfortable.
Right after I registered some guy with an Indian accent called me asking for $ straight up. From the get go, I was suspicious. I told him to call me back in an hour. Luckily I never paid him. Then I get a follow up email immediately from us-immigration.COM. The ". Com" should be a red flag to everyone since government sites are all ". Gov". Nice try you sons of b*tches
Answer: Have you figured it out? They just took money out of my card
