These people are scammers, if you are reading this to make up your mine just STOP exit. The number one scammers in the whole wide world. You are better off to giving your money to a homeless or some deserving individuals that these basted.
Please register complaints with the Federal Trade Commission. It's the only way to stop these scammers from selling you a form that is free from the USCIS website.
Do not fall for this scam. It's terribly crushing to realize you just paid hundreds for a form that's available for free at WWW.USCIS.gov
I tried to renew my husband green card on this site 2 years ago, I did the same thing most users did. I needed to get it done fast and online. I filled all the questions out myself, it was so easy to do, no one helped me. I really thought I was paying US immigration but come to find out this company is a rip off, they charge me 450 just for filling the forms out on there website, the same fees immigration charges for renewing a green card, how ironic there fees is the same which is misleading. I am so surprised this company is still in business. This is so wrong. I tried to get my money back and they told me, the fees is non refundable. These guys are a bunch of looser making money off of innocent people. I don't how these lossers sleep at night knowing what they are doing is wrong.
I got scammed last week I paid with PayPal and they are holding payment back until I sort it out with the site, I have sent us-immigration a copy of the arrests in UK this week about fake gov sites, hope they don't sue me for this. They have stopped replying to my emails now. I'll leave updates when I get some news.
The way they take money from people is totally unethical, I was just scammed by them, my bad, since didn't do proper research and they work hard to make this look as a goverment website.
Thanks God i can afford to waste the fee that i gave for free but many immigrants who really need this money don't deserve this.
People who work there and run that bussienes are a shame as a human being God forgive them
Do not use this freaking cheating business they charge you for something you did not use for a free form, they said they will reimburse my money in 3 business day but I also made a claim with my bank.
I thought i was dealing directly with the immigration website. When i search on google this is the first website i saw, and it says "US Immigration".
They are selling forms, and the forms are free on the real immigration website! I thought i was paying for the application fee.
I called them to ask for a refund and didn't want to give me my money back. The person told me "you need to learn how to read a website"... they are rude and helpless. They told me that i paid for a service, but i didn't get any services and i just paid for something that should be free. Avoid this website!
They state that they are only providing a service. Charged $149 for a service that I could have done it myself. My application is now delayed! Do not use. They will not refund money because they state they have a disclosure on the website.
This website is misleading in that it only helps you prepare USCIS applications. I should have read carefully but I did this on my mobile phone. I thought I was submitting the actual application to USCIS. When I asked for a refund because I did not know this was the service I was signing up for, they refused to give me a refund. They claim to be a big company but will not give me a refund. Google needs to take this website off of the top searches for renewing green card.
DO NOT USE! US immigration service! They charge for a free form you can get from USCIS.GOV. I realized this after printing the first from which they charged $219! I thought it was the government processing fee and when I read the additional instructions I realized it was their fee for a free form you could get from USCIS.gov. This site looks like a government site but is not. I called right away and ask for a refund. They did refund one of the two forms I have filled- Not for the one I had already printed.
In a way my own fault for not reading terms and fine print of the website and for being lazy i guess. But to anyone renewing your permanent resident/green card you should not use this website, you are basically paying $200 dollars for them to give you the form which you can obtain freely at any Immigration services facility. Also they make you pay the fee as soon as you sign up, before you even read or start the application. If the site ends in. Com them its not affiliated or tied up with a governement department. Not to mention all the private information such as your alien number social security information etc... how well is this private information protected. STAY CLEAR DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Judging by my experience it is not a scam. In addition to the. Com at the end of the address, the site provides a table indicating the advantages of filing using its service vs. filing using the. Gov site. The title of the table reads: "Advantages of Preparing Your Application With Us
Services & Features Our Site US Government Site," clearly indicating to the viewer that it is not a US Gov site. In my case the site stood by its claims - "Email Support," "Easily Speak with a Live Person," and so on. The $450 charge and the filled application were passed correctly to the appropriate government agencies. I have received the Notice of Action form from Homeland Security and am waiting for the appointment. The only small problem I can see, is that the comparing-table is given only on the Home page of the site. If one gets to a more specific page immediately or first, he or she will not see the table. In such a case the. Com remains the only clue that the site is not a US Government one.
This is not the government website. The government website ends in GOV. They rip me off $170 for what I think was renewing my Green Card. I called my bank ASAP but it is pending so now I have to wait for the scumbag to take the money then my bank dispute the charge. I called the rip off and they talking bout its non refundable, man I'm pissed. You have to be very careful in this country. Do any body on here ever get their money back?
Dont even think of paying to this site.
Its not a US immigration office.
Too bad I have not read the reviews before I applied to this website and throwing away my money.
There should be a way to stop this scammer. This should be reported to kron 4 news.
Their website looks official and their disclaimer is hidden in fine print, so don't let your scam radar down! I've reported the site to Google as a phishing page, please do the same at https://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
A complete ripoff! You easilly get caught by their website unaware that they don't help you with any government forms but just want to get your money in addition to the high fees the official government procedures like applying for a Greencard, Naturalization etc. charge you.
More than once I nearly fell into their trap. One time I only got out of it because I threatened them to make it public and they refunded me. But now they try again to hook me. They are really obnoxious! I think they really should be taken down.
I too got taken in by this website. They make it look like a gov website and charge $199 for no services at all. The forms are free from USCIS. This site provides no "help", Q&A, absolutely NOTHING for your $199. When I tried to cancel, I had a very rude man shouting at me. When I sent an email saying I was going to report them to the BBB I did get another call from a much more polite lady. She said they would refund my money as I had not finished the form. There is an "alert" on the BBB website - they have had numerous complaints.
Watch out, people, this is NOT an official site!
DO NOT provide your personal or credit card info.
This site would charge you a USD219 so-called "Preparation Fee" for some free service that can be easily found on a REAL official site.
Talk about new low in morality, US-immigration staff, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you sleep well at night... NOT.
This site is not a scam, but it is DEFINATLEY a waste of money. If you take the time to read all the fine print the site tells you exactly what it is, however. Do NOT use it, you can get everything for FREE at uscis.gov. You can even get the guides that they provide also, not the same guides, but they do have something similar on their site, for free. The only thing this site provides as a service is just the guides and provide you with the forms that you will need to fill out when applying for what ever it is your applying for. Do your self a favor and stay the! 8($ away!
Absolute scam. Web page designed to look like a gov site but it's not. Feel pretty stupid in not realizing this, but it looks real. WHY CAN'T THE GOV SHUT THIS DOWN? Must've fooled many many people out of $159 each time. Shame on them.
Answer: Have you figured it out? They just took money out of my card
Answer: Hello, I have the same question! Did you use this service?
