Received this stove quickly and un-damaged. Nice stove except the warming drawer is not aligned very well.
The ordering was easy. The products were fine, but the drop ship at door was overwhelming and the cost of finding an outside installer was expensive. Mostly would purchase locally were shipping, installation and hauling old appliances, is included in the price.

Received the ovens a few days before the Great Flood of 2016 down here. It sits in my living room still in the box. No telling how many months or even a year or so before we can get someone to cut the cabinet and install it.
