This is not my 'first rodeo' with this company. I have purchased large appliances from them before, and was extremely happy with both the shipping and handling of each item and also the quality of each of my purchases. This is a very easy site to navigate, and other than the time-consuming task of searching for what I need [an amazing amount from which to choose], the process is extremely user-friendly. My only complaint would be that not every manufacturer can be shipped to every state.
I have placed additional orders, and as one of the appliances arrived badly damaged, I will be waiting to see how US-Appliance handles the issue.
The appliances were not delivered to my home as indicated. I had to rent a truck and a helper plus take time off of work.

Order was partially received as the refrigerator was misplaced by your delivery people. It took 6 days to locate and deliver the refrigerator. Also, the delivery people did not deliver the product into the house. They just left it outside the house. These are heavy appliances and if I had known that they will not be brought into the house, I would have never ordered through you.
Fast and easy - best prices I found in a LONG internet search! Delivery was quick and easy - they even accommodated some special delivery needs. Great status updates throughout the process (which I already mentioned was fast). Good quality products arrived in great condition. Everyone I worked with provided excellent customer service.

Appliance was ordered on 3/14/17. I was not told that it was not in stock. It did not receive it until the later part of april. No one in my area had this appliance in stock and that is the reason i ordered on line. I called us- appliance to check on order and was told that it must be on a slow boat from korea. I only saved five bucks.never again.
