I like the appliance packages you've created. I have truly loved your customer care and purchasing experience. My only complaint has to do with the inconvenience of receiving a damaged fridge and having to go through the extra effort of working through that situation. I assume it was the carriers fault, just inconvenient as i'm sure you can understand. Customer care helped me through return process and sent me a new fridge. Great customer care, i was very impressed and Tammi made the whole situation as painless as could possibly be. Very happy overall, thanks!

First time buyer... I like being able to see the appliances in person so this was the only down fall. Cant beat the prices anywhere, I tried. Overall experience was great. Appliances are in good working order.

Quick, easy. I had question so called the toll free number and got an immediate answer to that question. Great site!
Delivery of my clothes dryer came as promised and in great condition. My personal instructions regarding delivery date were followed by shipping company. Happy experience all the way around!

This is my 2nd purchase and you can't beat the selection or the prices. I was very disappointed though with the delivery options. I am in an area where trying to find someone to come to help get a very large fridge and freezer from the curb was more than difficult. When I called, I was told to call a moving service to come move the 2 large appliances into my kitchen. The first 3 I called would come out for such a small job and the last one said they would do it for $250 but not for 3 days. I would have been happy to pay for white-glove delivery but it was not an option through US-Appliance. The delivery company made me pay to put off the delivery a few days since I was not available on their schedule. "Free" delivery turned out to be not all that free and then made the purchase on par with other retailers.
