I like the appliance packages you've created. I have truly loved your customer care and purchasing experience. My only complaint has to do with the inconvenience of receiving a damaged fridge and having to go through the extra effort of working through that situation. I assume it was the carriers fault, just inconvenient as i'm sure you can understand. Customer care helped me through return process and sent me a new fridge. Great, now let's see how fast shipping is... The shipping department needs to get their act together. You may get a good price, but it took a month to receive their "in stock" product.
This is my 2nd purchase and you can't beat the selection or the prices. I was very disappointed though with the delivery options. I am in an area where trying to find someone to come to help get a very large fridge and freezer from the curb was more than difficult. When I called, I was told to call a moving service to come move the 2 large appliances into my kitchen. The first 3 I called would come out for such a small job and the last one said they would do it for $250 but not for 3 days. I would have been happy to pay for white-glove delivery but it was not an option through US-Appliance. The delivery company made me pay to put off the delivery a few days since I was not available on their schedule. "Free" delivery turned out to be not all that free and then made the purchase on par with other retailers.
