The Refrigerator was easy to order online. Shipping time over the Christmas Holiday was decent, but slower than expected. I didn't know it would ship from Chicago, tho. Tracking was a bit of an issue. I also was hoping it would be installed, but it wasn't. Over all satisfied with the merchandise.
