One of my favorite! The only bad thing is it's not like ASOS which has free worldwide shipping and all their shoes size starts from US6, I'm a US5, so can't buy any.
Sometimes they have bloopers, like once they send me the wrong color, but they refunded me pretty fast and cover my shipping back to them. So I have no issue with that. And the recent order I received, there's a big hole in the jacket and the jacket didn't look the same as on the website. Once again they refunded me pretty fast and ask me to throw away that jacket, don't bother to send them back. I also have a few items that I bought for my sis, it's too big for her as she's too petite. So I just shipped it back, as what I know UO doesn't have free return shipping unless it's their fault like sending wrong item. Hence I have to pay SGD$21 for the shipping to return the items, which I guess another downside.
But overall I love UO. Love their style and pretty good quality for certain brands!
The delivery man send my package to the wrong building so I didn't received any package. I contacted UO to receive some help since it's not my fault that he send it to the wrong building when I clearly put the number of my apartment correctly! The thing is, they said that I have to be the one who took care of this problem. To be honest, I'm very disappointed to this kind of respond. I spend $100 for nothing with the bad service. Do not expect them to take a good care of you if something happened with your packages. This is really sucks you know. Like, this is not right I'm not the one who send the package to the wrong address so why do I have to be the one who goes around and solve this problem. Another brands take a good care when the customer got any problem; send the new one, refunds their money, etc. But UO does nothing at all. Think twice before buying their product, if this is what you get when you purchase their stuff better buy from other brands with great sense of responsibility. ( The picture that I posted here is where the delivery man posted it. It's not my apartment so where the h that he delivers it when I clearly wrote down my apt number)
I had ordered a desk months ago and the backorder date changed from June to July to August. I sent an email and was told the desk would backordered until early August. I needed a desk sooner so I ordered a different desk from RH and asked for the Urban Outfitters order to be cancelled. A week later, I received an email that the Urban Outfitters desk shipped and could not be cancelled. This had been a huge waste of time and I would never order from Urban Outfitters again.
I ordered a $300 mirror and a $800 dresser. Before the items were even shipped my account was charged every 1-3 days. I called and asked why this was and apparently they do this every 7 days to make sure the funds are still in the account. I finally received my dresser, but never the mirror. It has been 3 months since I ordered it and I have been charged and refunded every 1-3 days for the last 2 MONTHS. I've talked to customer service rep about 7 times now over the course of the 2 months, and 6/7 have told me it just shipped and I should receive information in 48-72 hours. I have yet to get any sort of info of when I'll be receiving it. I had planned on returning it once I received it because I don't want to give them my business, but after reading the reviews on their returns I guess I'll keep it. Not sure if it's even legal to be taking the funds out this frequently when it hasn't even shipped, but it's an absolute mess. I'm a very loyal customer and buy 90% of my clothes from them. I've never had issues with clothes, but because of the way this is being handled I will not longer be giving them my business.
This company is absolutely terrible at communicating tracking, and their carrier lasership is unreliable. My package was lost in the mail and never arrived never order from here!
Sabrina was very kind. No matter how many times I would ask the same questions to make sure everything was clear, she answered with no problem and no attitude. She is great!
After placing my order on the urban outfitters website I decided to look at the reviews (which I know wasn't very wise ordering before looking) however after reading some negative reviews I was worried it was a scam however I am extremely pleased as it said my parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days and I have just received my order after only 2 days, amazing quick service, high and good quality products, I am very pleased and will definitely be ordering from here again!
Bought a 200 bomber jacket from urban outfitter and they sent me a 20 charger! Had to go refunded at the store. Will never do business with online shopping at urban outfitter
I ordered a cardigan online. Within 5 minutes I changed the order to a different size. I never heard back and the wrong size arrived. They advised they couldn't change an order after it had been placed. I then returned the item to the Sydney location (I'm based in Australia). I've contacted them at least 10 times and its been THREE MONTHS AND NO REFUND. What do you call that? I call it a crime.

THEY TOOK FOREVER TO SHIP MY ORDERS SEPARATELY, AND WORST OF ALL, THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG SIZE. WHEN I EMAILED THEM, THEY SAID "UNFORTUNATELY" THE SIZE THAT I WANTED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. OF COURSE ITS NOT AVAILABLE, BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME SIZE TO SOMEONE ELSE INSTEAD OF ME. AND THAT IS THEIR WAY OF "FIXING" THEIR OWN MISTAKE. HONESTLY, IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT.
I will never order anything from UO again. They promised to ship out items within 24-48 hrs of ordering. Ordered 3 dresses May 4,2015, today is May 8, and only 1 of 3 items have shipped.
I am a regular customer of urban outfitters in store however I ordered a jumper online as they did not stock it in store, 2 weeks later I received no emails or anything updating me on my item, I had to message them, they told me it was due in a few days as they'd back dated it and even a week later I had still not received my item or an email to explain this, I obviously emailed again for them to tell me it could be delivered in 2 MONTHS! I think not, terrible service would not recommend at all
Let me just start with I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this is absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I don't even know how they train their customer service people that multiple people will reassure their customer of the same wrong information over and over again. First, my originally in stock item was placed on backorder. I was very concerned so I contacted customer service. They reassured me many times that the order will not be cancelled. But guess what? The order was cancelled anyway days later. That is not all. They sent me an apology with a $10 discount for my next order over $50. So, I placed the order and the discount code worked. However, I had to cancel the order because I put the wrong address. They told me they are going to apply the $10 balance from their end in 1-2 business days but then I got an email saying that it will not be applied. When I contacted customer service over chat and told them about my issue, none of them could solve the issue so guess what they would transfer me to the next agent and I had to explain the issue a total of 3 times to 3 different agents. In the end, the issue was not solved. Anyways I'll never buy from them again, this is a waste of time and the worst I have ever experienced.
Urban Outfitters - I have been emailing about a return for the last 4 weeks BUT you will not answer my emails. The item was returned to you straight away using the Reply Paid address provided. I cannot believe that you are that rude that you cannot answer ONE of my emails!

Ordered on the Canadian website, and the pricing clearly had the 'CA' designation by the amount. Was sent an email stating that the item would be shipped and an estimate for the shipping dates was also given. This has been adjusted numerous times. The package originated from Bell, California, and it has travelled eastward across the USA to Orange, CA; Casper, WY; Des Monies, IA; and Clearfield, PA. I live in Alberta, and I'm not sure why the boots are travelling more than I am!?!
Urban outfitters and it's affiliates support and participate in cruelty, abuse, and killing of animals! Do not support them. Don't buy anything from them.
I ordered a really cute denim dress from urban outfitters. Every email they sent me gave me the indication that I was going to receive what I ordered, but when it arrived it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I called customer service, and I got a refund. When I asked about getting what I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE she said they were completely sold out'. If they were sold out why didn't they just postpone my package than just send me something I didn't want. I have to return this thing now, AND I STILL DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE! Good customer service, horrible product distribution!
I hate this shop now. I wanted to buy an item that I saw on their site. It said it was available in the shop I wanted to go buy it. I went there and the girl that is supposed to help you told me that there wasn't any left? I left and searched for it, but I didn't find it anywhere else. When I get home and decide to call them, they tell me they have one? I'm extremely annoyed and I don't recommend this to anyone. DON'T SHOP AT URBAN OUTFITERS!
