I ordered 2 sand free beach blankets this time last year. My credit card was quickly charged but I still have not received the blankets, no refund of money, and no response to my emails. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered what I thought was a large, family-size Lilypad floating swimming pad. Their pictures were all of the Lilypad brand with whole families swimming on them. I ordered 3 of them, and when they showed up they were TINY and cheap knock-offs. Nothing like the pictures. Not the Lilypad brand. AWFUL. It's been 3.5 months and they have not refunded any of my money even though I sent them back.
This site is a scam! Bought a water pad for almost $300, was charged & never heard from them! It has been 2 months. The order lookup does not work! It is a scam do NOT PURCHASE from this site. It will be investigated & shut down!
Sounds like I fell pray as well to this site. I too have not heard from or item has not shipped in 3 weeks. Mine was for a raft, I should have investigated them and the site better.
I ordered a PS4 controller on August 30th for $35 from uptownvibez.com. The price for this controller sounded reasonable saving $15-20 from other website prices. I have sent three emails to their company inquiring on my order and have not received a single response. My order still says processing and they have no phone number to call. I will never order anything from them again, ill just spend the extra $15 next time and get it off Amazon avoid this lack of customer service and receive my product in a reasonable time frame.
