I purchased a Sherpa pull over for my college daughter for Christmas. I am always hesitant to order clothing online as it is difficult to determine the fit and the potential hassle of needing to return the item. The Sherpa pull over prove to be just this. The item did not fit my daughter properly. I went online to Unxpectd's website only to find there is no return policy and no customer service. When I clicked on the box "contact us "it continue to circle me back to their general email. As with other reviews, there is no customer service with this young, teenager company. So, if you want to spend a lot of money on a piece of clothing that you will never wear because it doesn't fit correctly and then you have to keep it because the company is not set up correctly and does not offer any customer service, then, by all means, purchase from this company.
I have ordered twice from this company.
I placed an order on 10-18-2020 for $150.92 and my account was promptly charged. It was stated that it may be delayed due to coronavirus.
I received a "pre"shipping notification on 11-15-2020. To date 1-1-21, the products have not been shipped. I have not received the products that were paid for on 10-18-2020 for $150.92. I have sent numerous emails (16+) without a response. I have contacted Paypal and they have intervened on my behalf. Still no response after over 2 weeks. Weirdly, I ordered one item after this first purchase and received it promptly. I am so confused by the customer service and lack of response that I would advise you not to take the risk. Do not order from this website.
I hope that I can get my $150.92 back. Paypal is going to review next. Smh.

Items received today as ordered. Seller never answered any of the multiple emails. I happened to randomly check the tracking number and it was updated after my complaint.
Case is now closed.
Answer: Terrible customer service! There is no phone number, they only provide an email. After numerous emails in hopes of finding some support from the company to return an item that doesn't fit, I have still not heard one word from them. This item was $100! I am being very politically correct in writing this review, because I know that the language I would like to use would not be printed.
