I'm a long-term customer of Yugster and I recommend them to all my friends. I've always received sensational value from their site and if anything goes wrong they make it right.
They have a wide variety of items I didn't even know I needed. Have gotten the best deals on dog cages, metal shelf units and electronic equipment. Customer service is great with quick response.
I like the variety of items daily, but they are not always great deals. Always google what you like to make sure not cheaper at amazon, best buy, target, etc. Sometimes you will find great deals - just a matter of checking in daily.
You can get some great deals on yugster. Its like a knock off woot. Just dont buy a junk box. They are NEVER worth the money. Ive been burned and didnt learn my lesson. Ive given them a few chances but the value of the items never lives up to the potential.
I have made several purchases and have been well pleased. And who can resist a junk box? Customer service is excellent and any issue I have ever had has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Yugster tries to give the impression of value. Only name brand items can be trusted to have consistent quality. And with what appears to be product model information is not included with the listing. This makes it much more difficult to verify if it is truly a good deal. Frequently I discovered it and was not. On knockoff Chinese branded merchandise, Yugster is completely comfortable passing along inflated specifications and support will grill and challenge you, if you try to return it for this reason. An example are Chinese ******* lithium ion batteries that advertised twice the rating of super high quality batteries and are lucky to test at a quarter of the capacity. You will also discover that the artifically short warranty is designed to prevent claims. Another strategy is to sell Apple computers and laptops that are capped at older and obsolete OS (per apple support). They conceal this by making it difficult to figure out the actual system configuration. Instead of providing the CPU information from the profiler application, they give the marketing number from the case. I sent Yugster an email offering to fill in the voids in the product description and the highest installable OS but was ignored.
So in short, Yugster is an gamble and the only honest deals are the junk boxes, because those are accurately represented. Otherwise you get a lot of junk that was suppose to be a deal instead of the real thing.
A lot of fun... you never what you'll get. These gifts are great for birthdays and holidays! I keep coming back and I'm never disapointed!

This site is shared by me to lots of friends and family, and they are always throwing a new promotion or other fun add-on that makes it worthwhile to shop with them. In the few cases where I had an issue with a purchase their customer service has been very good.
Always seems to have something I need at a reasonable price. Web site is very easy to use. Delivery is fast and accurate
Every box I received has had something for everyone so nothing goes to waste the junk boxes are the best, always a surprise n every box..
Got motion activated lites that do not work. Wasted $16.00. Have not asked for refund yef.we will see how yugster responds to make final judgment

I've purchased from Yuster for over a year. They have deals, but don't respond to emails.
I just purchased 2 mystery boxes. I knew the risk, but thought for sure there would be some value in the box. Of course they mention the possibility of a $100 bill or TV etc., but wasn't thinking they would really send those in this box.
What I go was pure garbage. They just scooped out the trash and dumped in in a box.

15 days after I paid them with pay pal for two orders... One order was never confirmed and the second was supposed to arrive 12/23... Still waiting

Yugster is a site that specializes in offering quality products and more than reasonable prices. You have to hurry though because they have a limited supply and usually run out. I would recommend this site for anyone who is looking for bargains
