Used the service last year for our annual corporate call and it worked perfect. I only need it for one call in the month of March each year.
the "start trial" thing was a bit confusing ... I finally noticed that the "trial is included" ... ah. thank you.

I inquired about upgrading to the plan where I pay for the toll calls, but I received no response to my phone message a week ago.

I will let you know after the 7 day free trial. I just made the first conference call. the parties on the call were all heard well. so far, I am satisfied.
I found the Unlimited team to be very helpful. The technology was a little shaky with some challenges. I am going to go month to month until it has an opportunity to settle down. There are a lot of great features that make it a great value once it proves fully functional.
Easy to use unlike the other options. Simple number no computer needed! The Sales Rep was very friendly and helpful.
This is supposed to be a free trial? if it works we will keep it I just don't want to have trouble trying to get a line every time we do conference calling.

Russell was to have gotten back to me about how to place an order for a client never got back to me. We were have the number by 6pm today but couldn't because you failed to do what you said you would not we as a company didn't deliver, no we aren't doing as we said we would

I sent in a request to be contacted and Russel followed up immediately. He was very knowledgeable and patient in setting me up with my dial in numbers.
Russell Bode was very nice to work with, he was extremely quick to respond to all of my questions and answered them clearly.

We used this service in the past and it was exceptional. The new Unlimited plans are a wonderful bargain for the ease of use and high quality analog conference bridge. Give them a call to immediatly establish your pin numbers!
