Very Disappointing Experience with University Living I am an international student receiving monthly funds from a scholarship to cover my accommodation rent. When I contacted University Living to inquire about accommodation that allows me to pay rent on a monthly basis, they told me that there were no such options in the city where I study. They suggested that I would need to pay extra fees for a guarantor service, which they were affiliated with, in order to generate more money from me. When I told them that it was essential to have at least one option that allowed monthly payments in my city, they refused to help. They tried to convince me to use their service, which included additional fees. I was about to subscribe to their service and potentially lose a lot of money, but I decided to go personally and ask around the buildings. To my surprise, I found out that all the buildings offer monthly payment options without any additional charges! Furthermore, they did not assist me in completing the booking process. I had to do everything on my own as if I was responsible for the entire process. They also failed to inform me that my contract with the building would expire, which led to me losing the initial payment because of them. When I tried calling them for clarification, they hung up on me. I called them twenty times, and they never answered. It has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I advise students to be cautious and avoid trusting this company.

My experience with University Living was extremely disappointing. Despite their promise of assistance and a refund if they couldn't deliver, they failed to provide suitable accommodation options and ignored my refund requests. Their behavior was unprofessional and unethical. I strongly advise against using their services due to their lack of integrity and poor customer service.
