Issue was resolved, but it took several phones calls. I was sent the wrong frame size for the 10 x 10 mighty hoop
I wanted to order a magnetic hoop for my brother pr100x but the site will not let me - i tried through the hoop option and the quick option using the part number -
I had to call three times to get this ordered. They wouldn't take over the phone had to keep getting me to the website and a glitch in the software still I had to manipulate around it and go through website vs just giving the order on the phone one of the three times I talked to them.

Shipment was wet because it rained. Instructions ask that package be put in plastic bag, but that didn't happen.
