Great products, great prices, only thing I'd improve is the navigation layout of the products, was a bit tedious

It was difficult finding the 1.5 ounce backing. It didn't come up when I clicked on backing. I found it by entering 1.5 ounce in the search.

It was hard to navigate the sale pages. I wanted to shop by color group and it was hard to get back to the page to select a new group.

You carried all the threads I needed to the project I am working on. Other sites did not have all the threads. Thanks

It was nice using the search for the number on the colors that was suggested on the design that they used in order to purchase the same colors.

I like the colors available. I would like a conversion chart available as I'm converting Brother threads to Madeira threads.
