I wish the colors on the website had colors listed instead of numbers. Would have been easier to choose.

I had questions about cart holding no matter where we log in as it never seems to keep my cart when I move from my work computer to home computer.

I got all the threads but was disappointed that the next day you posted a sale that I could not be apart of.

Issue was resolved, but it took several phones calls. I was sent the wrong frame size for the 10 x 10 mighty hoop

The bobbin cases have the pigtails going in different directions and some broke off on the fist run.

Great service. I received my product timely. I ordered because of other recommendations and I will order again.

Had question on shipping which was resolved within minutes. Very fast shipping even with Corona virus going on

There was a spool of thread missing from the order. Response from customer service seemed a bit slow.

I have been buying Madeira thread from here for years and have been very satisfied with the service.

I was very happy with the pricing from United Threads. It was much cheaper than buying threads from an embroidery design website.

My package was delivered partially open and several items missing. I spoke to customer service and they shipped all missing items quickly!

Great service. They even contacted me to let me know they were out of one of the threads that I had ordered.

The embroidery thread I ordered was delivered promptly. The pricing is excellent although the shipping charges I feel are a bit high.

I contacted United Thread customer service with a problem I was having. They were so helpful they won me over as a customer for life.

Good buying experience. Good quality for a good price. I would have liked to be able to track the package so I knew exactly when to expect it.

When ordering thread it defaults back to the top of the page after you placed an item in the cart so you have to scroll down the whole page again

I hate ups shipping. It is expensive and takes way too long. Please use usps priority. Usps is cheaper and faster.

So far, so good. I'd like to see embroidery specific fabrics, which are not very easy to find at good prices.

Website needs to improve I thought I checked out yesterday apparently not. Also I created password and it doesn't recognize it.
