I like the products and service is always reliable. It would be great if I could also see FedEx shipping rates before checkout-- for my order they ended up being cheaper than UPS Ground. I almost bought elsewhere because of the shipping cost... but selecting FedEx at checkout reduced shipping by $5.

Handling fees are un called for why should you get paid $ 7.00 to put a spool of thread in a shipping envelope and make money on the cost of shipping as well. You are getting paid tor the thread at a rate that everyone else is charging. I got charged $ 35.00 for 5 1000M rolls when I wanted 1 5000m roll that should have been in stock RIP OFF Company
