I have emailed them a few time to say I have not received this tool and no reply and no phone number. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM BIGGEST SCAM TOOK MY MONEY
There is no option for zero or minus for rating.It was my mistake i did not check their reviews, it is a big scam, they took my money and never send anything. I will definitely take an action against them. Just wait and watch guys.
After you put in your order and pay these guys, don't expect to get anything - not even a response to your emails. If you want to throw your money away, you can send it to me, instead... at least I'd thank you for it, LOL.
This website is a scam to take your money and who knows what else. Interesting that someone tried opening up a credit card in my name right after I purchased something from this website, which I never received BTW! Luckily PayPal is a reputable outfit and refunded my money. DO NOT purchase from this place unless you like getting nothing for something.
Deserve no star. Price too good to be true and is a scam. Should know better! PayPal shouldn't even do business with this outfit. Paypal is refunding my purchase after my complaint. As above comments, outfit takes your money and disappears.
Paid through Pay Pal. No response to e-mails. Using Pay Pal to expedite re-payment. Buyer beware!
This is a complete scam site. They take your money but do not send the goods. I called their telephone numbers and the lady at the other end said they put her number and she has reported them to the police. If any reviewers say they are good then they are from United tools.
Ordered from these people around the 1st of Aug. Took my CC# and haven't hear from them since, not that I haven't tried. Interesting part, the "paypal" account they have belongs to someone in California. The funds went from my CC directly to this person. No activity at all to my Paypal account! My CC company refunded the money. Really well oiled company in my opinion
Excellent product, my favorite saw. Use this for a lot of times when saw is needed and does not need to be exact or straight edge.
Just like everyone else. Ordered, got confirmation, charged my cc right away through pay-pal. Wrote several emails, heard nothing. After 3 weeks I called their # in Singapore and the call won't go through. I will cancel the charge.
I've written 3 emails that are unreturned. No answers as to tracking number or when to expect shipment. They received my money through PayPal immediately. Don't waste your time!
It has been 15 days since i ordered my item. There has been No tracking number and No answer to my several emails that i sent. I think i have been totally ripped off.!

Received the goods after 14 days after the order. Perfectly packed, the appearance of no complaints.

I ordered one item from them Received a confirmation email saying order was being processed. After a week I emailed (thats the instructions given) and asked for an update. No response. A second request also went unanswered.
I ordered a product from this website, the company is in singapore. Didn't think that was a real concern. Got the invoice in the email moments after ordering. Invoice said would process on payment verification. Payment went thru paypal->visa. Both registered the payment within minutes. Have sent 4 emails to the address listed on the invoice (which is also the return address for the email) asking about processing/shipping. Have no response. They appear to be a big, dead hole. Have contacted Paypal and registered a dispute. Have Visa putting a hold on the payment. Also have notified the company - via email - to consider my order cancelled - not that I expect they'll see the order.
