Scam. Charges money that is never discloses. Any reply back to them is a 'you do not meet the term etc'. No refund. But we are completely transparent. Oh by the way, their company is based in Cyprus, so a shell company. Do not subscribe

ZERO stars. I cannot believe that Google allows scammers to have apps that steal money from people's bank accounts without their consent! This is fraud. They take way more than what is expected. 117 euros was deducted from my account for something that should have costed 31 euros for a three month period. It isn't even a real business. Their "staff" copies and pastes the same message over and over. This company is going to get shut down one way or another.

This scam app. Has stolen my money, they follow the " Hit and Run" methodology in taking the money of people.
I never used their app, yet they insist on keeping the money they took from my credit Card

I signed up for this today. Within 15 minutes, I cancelled the subscription because the content was rubbish and didn't apply to Asian type of diet. They were very very ambiguous with their marketing. I also realized there's recurring fee which was not mentioned at all. Contacted their support and they refuse to refund. They said my request does not fall under their allowed criteria or condition. Seriously 15 minute into it and this is not an allowed case then no cases will be allowed for refund. This is how they scam people.

They charge a subscription of 99$ every 3 months, for what you originally paid 25$ and the content does not change or improve. I used it for 2 days because it is useless.
Long story short.
I am a vegetarian, they offered me 80% seafood lunches. They took money from my account without any problems. Run away!

Don't bye anything from them. They are SCAMMERS, they just want your bank details.

I used their software for a month back in April and then cancelled it. However, I recently noticed a charge of €49 on my statement for a one-month plan. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they claimed there was no record of my cancellation and refused to issue a refund. Be cautious if you're just trying out this software or plan to use it for a short time—they keep your payment details and can charge you unexpectedly

It is a scam. Never trust them and download the app. They charged me a lot fo money in one night without asking me.

Madmuscluse is their another app, even though you never heard about it, suddenly you will be charged by this app as well.

Stay away from this cyber criminals.

After reading the reviews I just realized that I experienced a similar thing. Charged three times without even receiving access to the app. It's asking me to pay again after I haven't even used it. How was I charged three times when the payments kept declining. I would like to get a refund.

I'm not working now plus I have a new born so every dollar counts and then to be scammed like this is painful
I thought I was getting something to help me but instead took advantage of me.

This company is 100% a scam. They advertise a service, take money from your account, and then will not respond when a refund is requested. I cancelled my account immediately after finding out the service wasn't available in my area,and asked for a refund of the 121$ they took. Multiple emails have been sent with no response. Avoid this "service" at all costs. They are lying thieves.

Update: yes they replied and no refund given because I didn't say I didn't like the product! So they can charge over $100 and because I didn't say I didn't like it they get $100 free. I never even used the app!

Big fat scam.
Numbers displayed don't match what's billed to your credit card. Then they have "policies" that stop them from being able to issue you a refund.
No surprise there since grifting your money and keeping it is the entire business strategy.

Don't go near these guys, avoid at all costs!

Unimeal is nothing but a den of deceit and deception! They sneakily charged me an exorbitant amount without my consent and have the audacity to ignore my emails. Their lack of customer support is a testament to their contempt for their customers. This company is a disgrace to the business world, preying on unsuspecting individuals with their false promises and shady practices. Shame on Unimeal for their disgusting behavior! Stay far away from these fraudsters!

This is a truly horrible company that only wants to cheat the unsuspecting customers and take away their money. Do not download it! Do not give them your credit card number! I wanted to try it out and agreed to pay around 6 E. They ended up charging me another 6 for something I never knew I clicked, and proceded to charge me 50 E for montly subscription. I didn't like the app, I never ever used it! It is extremely user unfriendly and impossible to cancel without writing them numerous e-mails. Stay away from this!

Frauds is all I can say about unimeal! I was not impressed after downloading the app ( it's definitely not worth a penny, let alone what they actually charge you)! I canceled my subscription but they still pulled $69.99 out of my bank account and have refused to answer any of my emails! Highly recommend steering clear of them, if I could give it 0 stars I would!

Do not sign up! They will steal your money. They sign you up for $19.00 and then are suddenly charged $59.00 with no explanation as to why, or how long this subscription is valid for.

DISGUSTING! Misleading and theft! 100% Theft!

They claim you can get a refund... but this is impossible as you will "conveniently" not meet the refund requirements.

They ask a series of caring questions solely to get you into a subscription.
The price will then change! 🤬
My $10.50/mo immediately went to almost $50 for the next month. All in USD!
It's almost impossible to find out how to cancel. Took me two days.
Even then they do not accept it as a cxx, instead offering 2 mo. Free. Even though I did not click on that offer I still wonder the status of my cancallation.
This was through Paypal, so it's not even as if I can cxx CC and escape that way.
(Depends where you look on their site they are in Gibraltar or Beirut!)

You pick options that you think you will just get more information about what they offer but they charge your bank, I've had 6 payments taken from my bank account, they refuse to refund and then reply to negative reviews with some crap about how sorry they are that your unhappy and to contact them, already have contacted the scam artists and now my bank are dealing with their fraudulent transactions, they also make a note of how they are not all of the avouce when they respond to negative reviews.

I especially created my TP account to write this. I cannot put my experience into words with the MOST SCAMMY company I have ever come across in my lifetime! 0% transparency and 0% empathy for customers, 0% acceptance of their own mistakes. Extremely rude! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I don't even want to get into the details. Just know that you'll lose a lot of money with this so called company.
