Purchased large amount for all the office staff. Pants run very large and not as pictured. We ordered the Unisex UA Flex 2 Pull On Cargo in Navy. The pants seem good quality and are soft, however the cut is very different than pictured on website. On the website they appeared to be a more tapered fit and these absolutely are not. Very disappointed for the inaccurate representation.
I couldn't wait to get my scrubs delivered. They are really cute, I love that they have long sleeve scrubs and hooded scrubs. When I tried them on they completely swallowed me. They are huge, and I got the size I've always worn in scrubs. Now seeing that I have to pay to do an exchange when I've already paid for shipping is absolutely ridiculous.

I am so sorry you were disappointed by the sizing on your order, however. Without knowing exactly what products you purchased, I’m unable to go into specifics about those items, but it is common for garments from different brands—or even just different lines in the same brand—to fit differently according to the cut and even the fabric used in their manufacture.
We recommend that customers have a careful look at the Size Chart & Fit Guide, linked to on each one of our individual product pages, before ordering a new-to-them style. This chart will give valuable information about the sizing for that particular garment and make choosing the correct size much easier from the start.

Love your scrubs - however a lot of the time I am unable to find matching pieces in my size- large tall or med tall... also the basic shipping cost of 14.99 is way too high and I will not order as long as the shipping cost is that high.

I received my order in 4 days. Very disappointed with the material, very stiff and it is not soft like they described. I ordered medium size and they fit me like XL Returning is a big hassle, we need to fill out the return form with each item number, color, size and reason code for all items that you return. Affordable and very comfy Cherokee Scrubs. My favorite is the utility pants. Like this site it offers a variety of brands and easy to search things.
I have gotten several tops, all of them the UA brand, and the sizing is not consistent from piece to piece. Each time I have to look at the size guide. Some say I should wear a medium, others say extra small. I like the quality but the inconsistent sizing drives me nuts. I would like to order one size from a manufacturer and know that each piece will fit the same.

Ugh I'm so sad I was so excited for these scrubs! I got this top in an XS in three colors... I normal buy a small but since reviews said it ran big I went with the XS... this fits like a large! I'm 120 lbs and 5'3. Very disappointing

Our Butter-Soft collection is designed to be loose and the cut on the top you bought is meant for customers who prefer a loose fit. I would recommend our Butter-Soft Stretch collection as the cut is a bit more form-fitting. I would suggest styles BSS362 and BSS346 for tops and styles BSS347 and BSS476 for pants. Good quality uniforms and shoes. I spent around $500 replacing all of my uniforms and shoes. Overall I am happy with my purchases. The only thing was when Two uniforms didn't fit, I found in the return process that the customer pays for shipping which I was very surprised considering the amount I spent in total and the fact that I'm
Not used to having to pay for that with Amazon. However I am thrilled with the quality and fit of everything I kept. Once I see that my return has been credited back I will probably order more items.
I ordered 15 pairs of the Easy Stretch BU729P pants and of the 15 pairs 12 of them needed to have the pockets repaired. I would not recommend these pants to anyone.

I ordered $390 of Uniform Advantage uniforms (scrub tops, jackets, pants and shoes). After 10 days of waiting for my order to ship I get an email that an item is no longer available. Then another 2 days after that (12 days after order placed) I get another email that another item is no longer available. The Uniform Advantage website states most orders ship within 24 hours. If they would have shipped the order within 24 hours my items would have been in stock. Uniform Advantage customer service said the order was too close to being shipped to cancel and offered no discount for the hassle. I demanded Uniform Advantage cancel my order and they did. I spent well over $1500 at Uniform Advantage in the last 5 years. Apparently it's more important to get the money from the customer than delivering the uniforms. Additionally I had no "custom embroidery service " or anything customized or embroidered. There was not one reason for a delay. So try another excuse Amy Indelicato. That's what your paid to do.

I usually get my uniforms in there store but due to COVID-19 there store hours are limited, so i place my order only and after placing the order i noticed i had got the wrong side so i immediately called customer service just for then to say that ive to wait till the item is received so i can return it. To all this the order had not been processed yed. What a wast of time! Uniform advantage really needs to work on their exchange and returns!

It does concern me, however, to see that you felt misled on the cut and sizing of the item. by any chance? If so, this is pretty much a straight-legged pant, though I agree that that fact is much more apparent on some of the photo views than on others.
If this is, indeed, the product that you purchased, it is a unisex item. In order to be wearable by both men and women, garments of this type are cut larger than a women’s style would be. To avoid any unpleasant surprises like the one you experienced, we always recommend that customers carefully consult the Size Chart & Fit Guide (a link to which appears on each of our product pages) before purchasing a new-to-them brand or style.
