I had no problems navigating the web site and the ordering was simple. Arrived in a timely fashion even with all the holiday delays. My disappointment stems from the return policy. I might have exchanged a pair of scrub pants because they were too small but the fees were higher than the pants cost. Unlikely to order again.
Overall I am pleased with my scrubs but I wish your sizing was more consistent. I have scrubs that are xlarge, large, and medium and they ALL fit and are all the UA brand! I have had to return items several lately due to fit. Even though I check measurements they still don't fit.
Was very happy with the quality and speed of receiving these tops! Have received compliments from several clients in just the few days I have worn them!
Very inconsistent sizing leads me to having to return items I paid to get shipped to me and then have to pay to return as well. I used to have better luck with everything fitting the same. Quality of materials seem inferior now as well. I will think twice before ordering again.
These new uniforms are very nice, they came fast, I will buy again but it has to be on sale as I refuse to pay full price and then have to pay shipping too.
I recently placed an order, according to the size charts I would need a medium top. I ordered 6 tops and 3 pants. The pants fit fine but the tops were all way too large except one. One was like an XL, one was like an XL and almost down to my knees, the rest fit like larges. I guess my experience was not pleasing.

You wisely consulted the Size Chart & Fit Guide linked to on each one of the individual product information pages on our web site, which we highly recommend that customers do when shopping for styles or brands they have not previously purchased. Please also keep in mind that individual preferences about how tight or loose a garment should fit are also factors to take into account when shopping for uniforms. Additionally, we generally advise women considering items labeled “unisex” to opt for one size down from the size they usually purchase, as these items are intended to fit both men and women and have a roomier cut.

Shipping speed is HORRIBLE! Takes way too long! Dealing with Customer service for any return or exchange is a worthless nightmare!

The pants were to big so if you wear a XL you should get a L. I went to exchange them inside the store and was charged more money for the same pants... it was only eight dollars but wanted them for work. Next time I will mail them back.

Normally I'm very happy with items I've purchased, so I decided too but something with embroidery. The embroidery is crooked. It's a gift so I'm disappointed and frustrated knowing I wasted money on something im not happy with and the recipient probably won't wear it.

Got the scrubs after waiting too long for $12 shipping!?! I thought two scrubs would be here like within 2 days, guess not. First red flag. Then got the scrubs and they were not the right color. Looked at return policy... VERY clunky compared to other retailers. I have to pay for this shipping too? Whaaaa... homie don't play this game. I'm not paying for shipping and return shipping AND I gotta print out a return form and fill it out and send it back and just kinda hope I get a refund... I am just going to leave a negative review and hope other people don't make my mistake. Dude you guys gotta make this process digital.

You don’t mention how long it took your order to reach you, but I understand your eagerness to receive it. During the last few months of each year, shipping times increase for all carriers due to the huge number of packages they handle. Currently, regular ground shipping can take from 4 to 8 business days, depending on where you are located relative to our warehouse in Georgia. Customers who need their orders sooner than this can opt for UPS 2-day Express or Next-day shipping for an additional fee at check-out. I like the scrub options and all of the available colors, but it should not cost $60 to next-day ship items. If there is a return, a portion of the shipping should be returned as well.

We do strive to make merchandise exchanges as hassle-free as possible. If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but recommended as the shipment is trackable and insured, which can be a lifesaver if the package should go astray on its way back to us.
When returning just one or two inexpensive items (which sounds like what you needed to do), many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. This may well be more economical, though the package may not be insured and trackable. We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier.
