Ordered 3 pair of pants. Must be petite due to fact only 5'. Customer service chickie was so nice. Got new pants in 2 days... Same size. $16.00 Pants that's gonna cost me $18.00 to get hemmed... EACH. Not a happy camper since I have spent over 1000. 00 on uniforms with your company.

Still waiting for my items 1 month later.

I ordered on 12.28.2020 and today 1. 28. 2021 still do not have my items, I have to start communication to get information, I was told items were not available and offered 20% off an alternative on the 15th I sent 2 options I would take, over 2 weeks later I still do not have my scrubs, I emailed again last night asking to drop all but 2 items (I ordered 6) and still have not gotten any response. I will not be shopping this company again.

Never again

I placed an order in December. I got an email stating it went thru and waited... Nothing ever came. I have ordered from UA before and never had any issues. So, when I inquired, a gentlemen told me via live chat that it was cancelled and to place again. He apologized and assured me there should be no problems with the next order I placed. I placed the order Jan 11,2021. Everything was in stock per the website. It was estimated to be here Jan 21. I waited until end of day on the 22nd to ask if they knew when my order would be here (via live chat) because the tracking said "being processed". I was told a ticket would be made to check with the warehouse and I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. Still waiting on that email. I inquired again on live chat and they said to give an additional 24 hours for that email. Still no correspondence. I called yesterday (01/26) and spoke to a gentleman who told me he had to speak with customer service about my order on when it will be shipped and they would be calling me. They could not cancel my order without speaking to them first to see the status of my order. I still have not received a phone call and I am unaware of what is taking so long. It isn't UPS or postal services fault... my order hasn't even made it that far yet, it is still in the warehouse! Beyond frustrated and wish I wouldn't have placed a second order with them.

I love browsing through the various scrubs and choosing the ones I can't live without. It's easy to shop by color, style, size, print, or name brand. The ONLY thing I would change is the thank you gift I would love it to be extended maybe 3 months, not 2 weeks.

Great Customer Service

I have already got 1 shipment an loved everything. I am waiting on my 2nd shipment. The customer service was great. One of the items I ordered was out of stock an they emailed me an worked with me on finding a comparable switch along with a discount. I never had to wait days for a response. I got a response at least once sometimes twice a day. I will always use Uniform Advantage an told my coworkers at the hospital about them. Thank you so much.

Ordered from this website on 4th of Jan, paid 94USD for shipping as they said they offered courier. Goods worth about 240USD. Today 23 January, my order is still being processed. It has not shipped. I asked for a refund, and was told it had shipped, then i asked for tracking number and was then told, no, it has not shipped. After all the back and forth, i asked for a refund, they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. 5 days later, there is still no refund, i email again and was told to wait another 48 hours. They wont deliver, they wont refund!

The shipping charge you mention makes me think that your order is intended to be delivered outside the United States. International orders do take a bit longer to process than domestic ones, simply because of the need to create complete, accurate documents according to the destination country’s customs requirements. However, the time period involved here does seem unusually long for that.

Backordered items can also occasionally hold up an international shipment. Were that the case here, though, we would have advised you via email of which items were on backorder and provided an approximate date on which the items would be available; this evidently has not occurred.

I’d love to have the chance to research your shipment, if you’d let me, to find out the reason for the delay and, most importantly, make sure you receive your merchandise in a reasonable amount of time. Please send me your contact details and any information that you have about the order (such order number and/or customer account number), and I will be happy to reach out to you personally.

Disappointed

I ordered on January 8th and still have not received my order. When emailing this company i get nothing. When i tracked my order a week ago it was in illinois( with is where i live). Now it is in Ohio and has been there a couple days. Don't know if i will order from them again.

Without the specifics of your order, I’m not sure if you purchased the same style you have worn for years or one that was new to you. If it was the same style as always, please be aware that our garment measurements are reviewed and updated every few years, so the size previously purchased may not fit the same as your new item. If you have ordered a style that you have not worn before, the fit will be affected by the cut of the garment. We always recommend checking the Size Chart & Fit Guide provided on the web page for each individual garment before finalizing an order.

Love my Scrubs

I shopped for the first time on 01/07/21. It was estimated that my items would ship by 1/11/21 and be received 1/15/21 if items were in stock. All my items were in fact in stock but I have not received any items or update on my order. So I can't comment on the quality of the products I purchased. But I can say that customer service and the shipping department could communicate better with customers. Especially since they make sure to take payment immediately and not when items are shipped.

Fed up with poor service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I order scrubs for a fairly large clinic and the last order was missing half the items. Of the items sent, some of them were the incorrect size and item. Been in contact with their customer service rep for over a week now, the first time he told me he would email within 48 hours - a week later still no email. The best he could do for me was refund the missing items, but nothing said about the incorrect items, and a refusal to refund the cost of shipping. He then told me I could have 10% off my next order, when asked how I could claim the 10% I was told that once I had submitted the order and paid for it, I could contact them and they would refund me 10% of what I'd paid.

The sizes usually run big, and are sometimes incorrectly labelled (e.g. Labelled size medium, but the size matches other small size tops of the same product), the colours fade very quickly, and wear through quickly as well. Have had multiple issues with non-existent or incorrect tracking numbers being sent to me with orders. The list goes on. I am honestly fed up with the service, and unhelpful representatives.

I am dismayed to hear that you have had wear and sizing issues, as well. You mentioned that you had ordered Butter-Soft scrub tops and pants. Our Butter-Soft brand comprises several collections (original Butter-Soft, Butter-Soft STRETCH, Easy Stretch by Butter-Soft, and MOVEMENT by Butter-Soft), each one with its own price point, sizing, and fabric care needs depending on the styling and mix of fibers used. We would be happy to work with you in finding the line or lines that work best for your specific expectations and needs.
Every garment that we sell (whether it is our own Uniform Advantage brand or not) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website, which is intended to help our valued customers make informed choices on what size to order. Of course, if an item were to be incorrectly labeled—which sounds like what might have happened in your case—following this chart will not be as effective. I apologize if you have received such a garment, and I’d like to correct any mistake. Once again, please contact me so that we can make this right for you.
Lastly, I certainly understand your frustration with the recent shipping times and tracking numbers. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States Postal Service, UPS, and indeed all carriers experienced unprecedented volumes of shipments last year, especially during the holiday season. Many packages took longer than usual to deliver, and tracking efficacy was also definitely impacted. I am so sorry that you were affected by this.

Great products but...

I love using uniform advantage however my last purchase was 2 black tops with 3 toon prints. They all came but my black tops were different. And I ordered quantity of 2 of the same top. Ill make it work ill just be aware of making sure I got what I ordered next time.

It has been 2 months since I requested a refund and over 30 days since the company confirmed they received my return in the original unopened package. I have spoken to 2 customer service agents, neither of which followed through on issuing a refund or further communication. I have sent 4 emails with no confirmation of action. Dont waste your money or time.
